You know, I never knew that death could be happening in the most absurd way. People die from old age, sickness, or accidents. For me? I died from getting hit by a truck. Oh, before you guys say that getting hit by a truck is another accident and nothing absurd about it.
Well, let me tell you that I get hit by a truck when I'm in the middle of the sea at night.
Yeah. I died because a truck hit me and drowned me to death. Dying because a truck came out of nowhere and drowned is certainly not something I thought would be my cause of death.
Anyway! Just like an isekai story, I get reincarnated into the body of a suicidal teen. How did I know? Well, there is too much blood in the bathtub I am currently in. I can also see a wound in my wrist that slowly gets healed by a whoever deity or being that transfers me into this world.
While I'm not really too afraid of death, I'm still afraid of dying, but I gladly accept my death rather than whining. I am grateful for the second chance.
However, I know that whoever gives me this second chance only does it for their own amusement. Do you want to know the reason? Well, there is this floating blue screen in front of me.
Welcome to the Second Life|
Please say 'Tutorial' out loud or inside your head|
See? For some reason, there is a game UI in front of me, complete with a status window behind the notification window. I sigh for a little bit before saying.
"Tutorial"
Welcome user!|
In this tutorial, I will explain the menu behind me|
The first menu that comes up is the status window.
This is the Status Window. Your Status Window. Come on, say status out loud or inside your head.|
"Status"
Name: Himura Tanaka|
HP: 40/40|
MP: 2200/2200|
Age: 16|
Level: 1| |0/1000|
Class: None|
STR: 4|
VIT: 4|
DEX: 2|
INT: 120|
WIS: 220|
LCK: 10|
SP: 0|
Yikes. If my game knowledge is right, then my physical power sucks. Not even a two-digit number? I know that this body is rather... Fat, and from the memory I have, the previous owner of this body had a diet consisting of instant noodles and coke. Not the diet kind of coke.
These are your status. I rate it as… 'You Suck!' Please work harder to improve yourself|
F*CK you too. I don't want to be inside this body, okay?
Now! Let me explain the status in front of you. The first one is HP! HP is your hit point. Hitpoint is the point that measures how dead you are. 100% means you are not dead. 50% means you are almost dead. 0% means you are dead.|
MP! MP is a mana point. As its name implies, it measures your mana capacity! Yer a wizard, User!|
STR is the status that measures your physical power. VIT, measuring endurance and how healthy your body is. DEX, measuring Agility and how quick is your reaction time. INT, measuring your Magical power, reasoning, and your memory. WIS, measuring how big your mana is, Perception, and your insight of the unknown. LCK, measure how lucky you truly are.|
Now into the last one! SP. SP is a status point. What is the status point? Well, it was a bonus point you get every time you are leveling up. Every time you are leveling up, you will be rewarded with 20 SP and 10 points to all your status except LCK. You can allocate your SP to any status you want!|
The next one is Skill! Please say skill out loud or inside your head!|
"Skill"
SKILL|
Gamer's Mind| |Level: MAX|
A skill that lets the user be protected from outside mental influence.|
{Effect: Allows the user to calmly and logically think things through. Allows a peaceful state of mind. Immunity to mental disorder.}
Gamer's Body| |Level: MAX|
You are a player! You break the rules of the world! You are now a player inside a game!|
{Effect: Grants a body that allows the user to live in the real world like a game. Sleeping in a bed restores HP, MP, and all mass effects.}
I see. This skill is the one that makes me did not freak me out even though I'm next to a bathtub filled with my own blood. Oh, speaking of the bathtub, I began to clean the bathtub using water. I don't want the bathroom to smell like blood.
The next one is Class! Please say Class out loud or inside your head|
"Class"
You have not yet chosen your class. Please choose the class you want|
Warrior| |Archer| |Cleric| |Sorcerer| |Assassin| |Lancer|
There is also another class you can pick in the future if you completed a requirement for the class to be picked|
Please click the window when you are finished choosing your class|
That is a rather large selection of classes. I thought I could only choose from four options or maybe three.
Warrior|
Warriors are nimble fighters. They specialize in close-combat tactics. In using the way of the sword, they are quick enough to dash into the battlefield and deal massive amounts of damage to a single enemy with unparalleled speed than any of the other classes. Wielding an ax or a hammer, they can heavily damage an enemy with their slow yet monstrous abilities, capable of destroying even a heavily armored opponent.|
Will grant +5 to STR, +5 to VIT, and +5 to DEX|
The most basic one. However, sometimes the most basic class is the safest one.
Archer|
Archers are experts of flexibility and marksmanship, being able to use their bows and arrows — and even their bodies — as lethal weapons to enemies. They are known for their superior mobility and their skills to kill enemies while avoiding being attacked in return.|
Will grant +7 to DEX, +5 to STR, and +3 to VIT|
Cleric|
Clerics is a well-rounded class that can switch roles as support, defense, or offense depending on the situation and is the class with the highest base hit points among the six classes. Cleries focus on Light-based magic and defensive skills, capable of weakening enemy Light Resist and attacking using holy lightning while mitigating damage using Block and Shield Blow. They are known for being durable in combat, and their ability to electrocute enemies by chance can compensate for their lack of mobility skills and sluggish movement speed.|
Will grant +10 to VIT, +3 to INT, and +2 to STR|
Sorcerer|
Sorceresses utilize Vision Magic in the form of fire, ice, and darkness to unleash powerful AoE and direct damage spells. They are considered to be the class that can dish out the most magical damage among the six classes due to Elemental Stacking, but this comes at the price of having little defense.|
Will grant +10 to INT and +5 to WIS|
Assassin|
Assassins are specialists in stealth and quick execution of enemies from the shadows. They are unique for being able to gather their strength onto a powerful attack or to use weaker attacks in quick succession.|
Will grant +10 to DEX and +5 to STR|
Lancer|
Lancer specializes in using their spear to sweep away enemies in any battles with their strong, storm-like swings. With their magic attacks that blast from the tip of their spear, they won't let any fleeing enemies escape!|
Will grant +8 to DEX, +6 to STR, and +1 to VIT|
It is a tough decision. The safest bet is Cleric and Warrior because both of them grant me high VIT points. However, if I pick those classes, I need to fight the enemy in close range. This will include Assassin. I can choose sorcerers, but the time I need to chant is a drawback. I don't want to stand there chanting while my enemy gets closer.
That meant it was only leaving Archer and Lancer. Lancer is the same as Cleric, Warrior, and Assassin. The only difference is that I get a longer attack range because of my spear. Not much but longer nonetheless. Sadly it also needs me to fight at close range. Something that I cannot do for now.
Then it only leaves Archer. This class let me attack my enemy from a distance and let me run away if my enemy charged toward me. The thirty points to my HP is also something I cannot miss. While not as much as Warrior and Cleric, it can save my life in the future.
I nod my head, select the Archer options and press select class.
Congratulations! Your first class is Archer!|
By choosing Archer, you get +7 DEX, +5 STR, and +3 VIT|
You also get two skills!|
Archery| |Passive| |Level 1|
Give the user a 2% damage booster when using Bow and Arrow as a weapon|
Twin Shoot| |Active| |Level 1| |20 MP| |3s Cooldown|
It fires two arrows in quick succession, dealing physical damage. This skill has a range of 3 meters further than the user's current attack range.|
{Damage: Arrow Base Attack + (50% user STR) + (90% user DEX)}
For choosing classes for the first time, you get a reward! Please say Inventory out loud or inside your head|
"Inventory"
After I say that, I can see a ten by ten square appear in front of me. The first three of the square are filled with what looks like Bow, Quiver, and Arrow with a number thirty under the arrow.
Basic Bow| |Common|
A basic bow made of sturdy wood and string|
{Damage: Arrow Base Attack + (50% user STR)}
Automatic Quiver| |Legendary|
A legendary quiver that created by a legendary elf|
{Effect: Automatically gather the arrow the user fires (It take one a second to teleported one arrow into the quiver), The quiver can carry twenty thousand arrows inside}
Basic Arrow| |Common|
A basic arrow made of sturdy wood. The arrow tip is made of iron|
{Base Attack: 10}
That is good. Both basic bow and basic arrow are good starting gear. The Automatic Quiver, on the other hand, is great equipment. While it did not cover anything other than Automatic arrow gathering, it was excellent.
What confuses me is the second skill. Why can it carry twenty thousand arrows? With only ten arrows, it should be good, right? Is there a legendary elf that can fire more than twenty thousand arrows in a second?
If there is indeed an elf that can do that, damn.
The next one is Quest! Please say quest out loud or say it inside your head|
"Quest"
Level Ten|

Complete the Tutorial|

Huh, I know that leveling up will be a bitch, but I never thought that the system would reward me when I reach level ten.
Lastly, Shop! This is the place where you can buy and sell anything you get from your adventure. There are three options in this section. Buy, Sell, and Gacha. Please say Shop out loud or inside your head.|
"Shop"
True to what the system says, I can see three in the shop section. As I press the Gacha section, I can see two options. The left one is Basic Gacha, and the right one is Rare Gacha.
Congratulations! You finished the tutorial! Please enjoy your second life!|
