His mind sought for some guidance, but all he thought was that all the people surrounding him were lying. Friya could feel it, right in his eyes, in how downcast it was. He doubted himself, whether all the stories inside his mind were real or just a product of his amnesia.
In that split second, both of them stared into each other's eyes. Friya holding out the photo, him... his eyes fixated on her pupils. Sean was asking himself whether to resurface the phone call they had. Friya never knew what happened that day, and he just hung up the call.
