In a deep sleep John dreamt of when he was at the museum. Watching as Michael his attacker bolted off, he also noticed a white light coming from one of the Chrystal's before the entire room was engulfed by it.
Walking out of the light John found himself in front of a giant palm tree on an island in the middle of the ocean. Feeling a shift in the wind, waves began to wail on the island. As the wind speeds grew a tsunami rose falling on John.
Spitting and wiping the water out his face he fell backwards as two Dragons came into vision. "Why aren't they" standing up to see if they were real, John flinched as one of them moved. Inspecting the one on the left it was emerald green and sapphire blue with a translucent tiger shaped body and a triple-sided axe for a tail. Its' head was shaped like that of a lizard with a shovel for a mouth. And It had sharp spiny fins on each side of it legs along with webbed feet. Laying down on all fours it displayed his claws and revealed jagged teeth with fierce canines. This was the Dragon of water.
Now the Dragon to the right stood up with pure elegance. Built like a horse the sun sparkled off her white and silver scales. Two canines hung from her gator mouth along with two horns that protruded from the chin. From her head to tail reigned a beautiful mane made of sky blue and white feathers and wings that also were littered with feathers even though they resembled bat-wings. Staring into her light blue slits John couldn't help but acknowledge the feathery wings for ears. Glancing down at her feet he noticed the same wings on each side of its legs. This was the Dragon of wind.
"J.Mike! J. Mike" John could hear his mother voice calling him. Waking up an orange lizard man stood above him.
"Remember me?" The creature asked.
Having a flash-back, the lizard man and a pink lizard lady appeared in John's mind but for only a brief second. "Master Elrond right."
"Correct. It's time to get up and go or we will be late."
Head spinning John asked. "Go where" before throwing up.
"I see your body still adjusting to our gravity." Handing him a tube Elrond said. "Eat up and follow me."
Doing as he was told J. Mike lifted himself out of the bed wobbling on his first few steps. Following the strange lizard creature out of the room into the watery chasms underneath the mountains John was mesmerized by the beauty. Focusing on the scenery John accidentally bumped into Master Elrond as he stopped in front of one of many caves. "In this part of the cave the gravity doubles" Elrond told him as they walked towards one of the caverns.
"Alright." John replied. Nodding his head, he followed Elrond inside. Feeling the immediate tug on his short chubby body, memories of last night dashed through his mind as he fell to his knees. "I'm a Dragon." He mumbled as a vision of the pink lizard lady force feeding him slowly faded.
"So, your memories finally came back." Master Elrond said looking back at his student. Taking note of how his pupil was able to stand up from the thought of being a Dragon, Elrond continued to walk deeper into the cavern. "The deeper we go the stronger the gravity will become."
"How far down does this cave reach" J. Mike asked curiously.
Looking back at his student, Elrond said. "The farthest anyone reached was a thousand meters down, but I only made it to the 750th mark."
"How long did it take"
"Five hundred years"
"Five hunnid, how ol' are ya" John blurted out by accident.
"That is of little importance" Elrond replied as they walked inside another portion of the chasm.
"Aaagh" J. Mike groaned as his legs crumbled underneath his weight forcing him to lay face down. Unable to move John begun to breath erratically.
"Calm down, breathe slow, deep breaths and focus on the fact of what you are going to do and not what is going on as of now" Master Elrond told him in a low soothing voice.
Doing as he were told John voided out all negative thoughts, focusing purely on his breathing. Reaching a calming state, he kept breathing while envisioning himself moving, jumping and doing whatever he willed.
"There you go let your mind take you away"
Deep in his thoughts, John became relaxed as his thoughts slowly transitioned to the background music of the cavern carrying him off into an oneiric state.
Counting down from ten as his disciple got lost in tranquility Elrond called his name "John, John!" but his student didn't even nudge. Thinking of the nickname he was giving he called him again in a soft voice. "J.Mike, J.Mike"
Hearing his nickname being called John awoke out of the dream state sitting up as if he never been held down.
"There you go perfect, now arise and stand on your feet."
Gazing up at his teacher John realized that he could move once again.
"How do you feel?" Master Elrond asked as his pupil stood up.
"Like I just woke up or high. What happened"
"You obviously let mother nature rock you into a dream like state activating the theta waves in your mind."
"Wait, what? What's a theta wave."
Smiling Master Elrond said "Theta waves is the frequency of your brain when you first wake up or as you are drifting off into sleep. Because of these waves you are able to stand as of now."
"What you mean"
"Meaning these theta waves only remain active for twenty minutes after you wake, and you currently have fifteen before poof you go down again."
Imagining the dreadful feeling he felt being held down John replied, "Going dine is a definitely naw, lets, get cracking."
Sitting Indian style Elrond commenced to breathe in deep and slow breaths as he entered a dream-state. Placing his palms together as if praying he spread them a few inches apart revealing a white light. "This is my spirit or life energy as some call it."
Nodding his head John said. "Okay so how I do that."
"You must imagine it, see it, and believe it. Or…" turning his thumb upside. "down you go."
"Okay so this is a thinking game" John said sitting Indian style. "So imagine it, see it happening then believe it's going to happen."
"That's correct."
"Aite, no problem, I got this."
Five Hours Later. Feeling an air of release John body was filled with the emotions of love, peace and happiness as he entered a tranquil state.
"There you go, now let me see you use this same theology to control the wind and lift yourself upon this platform. Remember Imagine it, feel it, then create it."
Two Hours Later. Drenched from head to toe in sweat John made standing still and thinking look like a sport.
"Take control of your breathing. The reason your feeling so tired is because your expending to much energy. Don't force it, go with the flow, tune in with the frequency of wind. And don't forget to Imagine, Believe, then create."
Taking a deep breath J. Mike imagined the wind blowing, felt the hot air rising underneath his feet.
Feeling a shift in the wind Elrond woke up out of his meditative state. "Ha there you go" he shouted proudly. "You finally got it, great, now follow my movements."
Nodding his head John watched as Master Elrond danced in a figure eight.
Eight Hours Later. "That's enough" Elrond said walking off.
"Really?" John asked following behind his teacher. "I barely can make a breeze."
"That's okay because anything worth doing is worth doing badly until you get a hang of it." Master Elrond told him as he stepped inside a shallow pool of water.
"Wow" John said as his Master caused the water to dance and twirl through the air.
"Alright now at first, I told you to go with the flow, now I want you to create the flow."
"How I do that."
"Only you can be the judge of that" Elrond remarked walking back on land.
"Really can I at least get a hint."
Waving his hand Elrond made the water shift from left to right before they became a tiny wave. "There you go." He said looking at his student.
"That aint no help?" J. Mike commented kind of annoyed. "You really gonna leave me hanging."
"Why would I do that, that's just cruel and inhumane."
"I didn't…. neva mind." John said taking a deep breath he entered a tranquil state. Closing his eyes, he pictured the water rising and falling. Not causing a stir he kept imagining the water becoming a wave with no luck.
"You going to have to do better than that"
Opening his eyes John glared at his teacher. Taking another approach, he danced in the water hoping that the ripples would help. "None!" He thought sighing. "Come on now think. Think." Sitting down in the water John pondered long and hard for an answer but couldn't find one. Laying back he floated in the water with his eyes close. Becoming relaxed his mind quieted and an image arose. "Got it"
Spectating Elrond wondered if his pupil figured it out.
"In order to create the flow, I must become the moon."
