"Okay. I will tell you" Max said gazing at Lou Yufei who was looking at him with a serious gaze in her eyes.
"Actually, I am here for a type of mineral. I came to this world from from my really distant world because my parent need that mineral, like lot of it to be healed from a type of chronic sickness that every drug in my world can't heal."
"Therefore, because of this, I came to this world to get a certain amount of this mineral to help them heal. I love my parent and don't want anything bad to happen to them. I must do my best to help them heal, or I would be left behind in that world that I came from. But I am not ready to be alone" Max said calmly and slowly, without the pattern of his heartbeat changing, and so couldn't be perceived that he was lying, even though there was an element of truth in was he was saying.
Since Lou Yufei couldn't sense that Max was lying, she thought that he was saying the truth.
"You must really love your parent that you came to this world alone so you can get that certain mineral which you spoke about to help them heal." She said with a good impression of Max in her heart.
'Selfless!' She uttered inwardly.
She then said further to Max "Let me see the mineral that you want to gather from our world to help your parent heal"
Max nodded and then teleported a small amount of the Miraculium crystal to one of his hand using the neurally-linked teleporter.
He then gave it to Lou Yufei who accepted it and began to look at it.
At first, she couldn't really say where the mineral was from since it was something that was extremely rare in their world.
But after sometime of looking at it intently and deeply thinking, her eyes widened in shock.
She then looked at Max and said "This mineral probably don't exist in our continent since it is extremely rare to be found anywhere around here. But it can be found in really large amounts in the God continent."
"God continent?" Max asked with a furrowed brow to confirm what she said.
He didn't really understand what she meant by that. But a second later, he was able to guess what the place was, just from the way that it sounded.
So, he understood by himself without any input from anyone that the God continent was a vast region where fearsomely powerful, terrific cultivators might abound in alarming numbers.
"Yes, God continent." Lou Yufei said to confirm what he asked.
Xiao Bilan then spoke to Max to tell him what the God continent was since she felt that he might not really understand what the Deputy Sect Master, Lou Yufei, meant by that.
"God continent is an extremely large continent where thousands to tens of thousands of dreadfully powerful cultivators inhabit. And don't think of going there yet for that rare mineral, since according to the cultivation stage that I put you in, you don't have the strength to break through the thick, lightning-bound dimensional barrier to just the Heaven continent that lies before the God continent where other powerful and terrifying cultivators can also be found."
"Oh! So there is a large layer that separate the different continents that you mentioned?" Max asked with surprise and amazement in his eyes.
"Yes. There is. And it's a place that's entirely filled with lightning that strikes every now and then. So, only really strong cultivators will be able to pass through the barrier to other continent" Xiao Bilan replied, trying to explain to Max who had an astonished look in his face.
"Hmm. Alright" Max said with a comprehensive nod of his head.
He then looked at Lou Yufei who said with an indescribable gaze in her eyes "Well, you are too weak to go through that enormous lightning-bound barrier, or it will definitely result in instant death for you."
She then said further "So, since you can't cultivate like we do here, it's best that you train your body and mind. Also, try to develop and advance those abilities that you have which make you tremendously physically strong and unimaginably fast like you were an actual cultivator from our world."
"When you have made a massive progress in those abilities that you possess and you feel that have become very strong, like stronger than everybody in this Mortal continent, then you can go right ahead to penetrate through the barrier to the other continent that lies immediately after ours."
"Okay. Thank you for the advice, Master Yufei. And does that mean that you have accepted that I become a true disciple of your sect?" Max said appreciatively and then asked with a wrinkled brow.
"Yes. You are now a disciple of my sect" Lou Yufei said.
Then she produced a male-gender uniform which she pulled out of a drawer from the desk in front of her and threw it at Max who abruptly caught it and gave his thanks with a full bow.
"Don't mention." Lou Yufei said.
She then asked "What's your name?"
"Maxwell, Maxwell Thorne. That's my name Master Yufei" Max replied politely.
"Alright. So, since you are new here, let me make some things clear to you." Lou Yufei said.
She then continued speaking by asking "When you were coming down here, I believe you came across some disciples of mine at the outer courtyard, right?"
"Yes. Master Yufei" Max replied.
"Good! Those are disciples of my sect with a cultivation base of Qi Flow Initiation stage. That's is the lowest cultivation base that we have in the ranking of cultivation in our world"
"But since you are way stronger than them since Xiao Bilan classed you to be in the Earth Commander realm, you can't be put there with them since you are way physically stronger and faster than them. There will be no competition for you in there, resulting in little or stagnant growth for you."
"So, I will take you to the inner courtyard where the disciples of my sect have a cultivation base of Earth Commander realm, just as the cultivation level that Xiao Bilan had classed you to be in. Therefore, you will face much competition in there which will certainly result in the growth of your abilities." Lou Yufei said.
"Okay. Thank you Master Yufei" Max said with a polite tone.
Lou Yufei nodded her head and then threw a card at Max.
Max looked at the card and saw the number '556' inscribed on it.
"That's the room where you will be staying with a few other male disciples of mine. And as a piece of advice for you, you won't want to be careful around them, simply because you don't want to expose the strange and rare abilities that Xiao Bilan claimed that you possess. Or if you actually do so, those guys, their friends, and their companions, might ride you deep into hell and back. You have to show them what you have got to gain their full respect. And if possible, make them develop immense fear and total reverence for you" Lou Yufei said with a sharp gaze in her eyes.
"Also, I will try my best to guard you from the elders in here. Many of them might become astonished by your abilities and so will want to abduct you to understand how you were able to gain that power as a mortal. So, since you will be under my watchful gaze, I will try to block them for you"
Then still staring at Max with an unexplainable gaze in her eyes, she said further with a solemn tone in her voice "Max, since it was said by Xiao Bilan that you are really strong, I hope to hear about some really amazing and spectacular feats from you very soon."
Max smiled and nodded his head.
"Sure thing, Master Yufei" He said, exuding a towering aura of unfathomable confidence and unbreakable determination from his body.
He then said inwardly with a slight chuckle 'Those arrogant and haughty disciples in this sect are in it with me around. Although they will be quite powerful too, I will definitely try my best to become a living terror to absolutely all of them. They will dread me and venerate me.'
