The sun shone brilliantly, the sunlit clouds drifted across a clear blue sky. It was a warm sunny day with nice cool breezes, that would flutter along people's skin and hair every now and then. Flowers bloomed brightly people walked busily, kids laughed playfully. This great Friday afternoon was a perfectly good day, school was out giving a weekend free of fun. Most of the citizens job shifts were over giving them a peaceful evening. Yet amongst those with gleeful faces hid a youth with a face filled with confusion and intense fear. Complicated thoughts circled through his mind.

This youth´s name was Esper, Esper Lui Sennin a young university student. It was like any regular college day yet today was different since the very beginning. It started with a slight headache, a cold, and then a fever. A fever so high his body seemed to be burning from the inside out his whole skin a deep cherry red. The bodies temperature lowered and rose continuously out of control, from burning hot to ice cold. His head felt like a ceaseless beating drum with a heart of its own. His brain gave off an extreme feeling of it tearing itself apart and gluing itself back. Again and again, over and over, his body appeared to reconstruct trying to find the right structure to support something.
To support something big, something that he himself couldn't understand what it was.
Just what exactly was his body trying to prepare for?
Even if Esper wanted to let his brain attempt to think straight he couldn't as every second pasted the pain continued to grow worse and become more severe. A massive bolt of thunder crackled and popped within his blood cells and organs, bones seeming to stretch and shrink one after the other. A raging force ranted inside him with an unbreakable momentum. Causing a scream of agony to roar out.
¨Aargh...aaaahhhh!" A vast cold energy crawled from his feet up locking all his joints in place, giving rise to more panic.
¨Someone help.... H-help me PLEASE!!!!¨ He urged, eyes filled with tears of indescribable, physical pain. ¨W-hats wrong w..with me, help me!¨ A deathly pale, slender hand trembled as it reached out forward, to hold on to something, to grab on to someone, but only grabbing nothing in return. Eyes that yelled zero sympathy glared down at him, gazes filled with hostility, greed, and interest surrounded Esper like an indestructible stone wall. ¨AAaaaahhh! I-it..h..hurts...¨

Esper just couldn't grasp what was happening to him. Nothing like this should be occurring in the slightest he was human after all, right?
Whatever it was inside him continued to serge and build up like a balloon waiting to pop until what was inside wanted out. And on cue as Esper fell to his knees his consciousness zoning in and out, everything accumulated from this morning to this afternoon rattled one last time before finally bursting out with unimaginable energy. So huge it destroyed everything in its path. Sending out a large shock wave in its following. Being in the middle of a city was bad for Esper but it was too late in the end, as everything around him began to crumble to dust.
Buildings falling apart like a house of cards. Nearby civilians thrown back along with outside seating's, trucks, and cars being blown away. Glass shattered and rained down like a storm, trembling the air with great power, killing and injuring a lot of people.
Quickly those who were still alive and injured with no life threatening injuries, pulled themselves off the ground and began to start evacuating. Running with everything they had to get out of the vicinity that was once peaceful but now dangerous.
Esper wanted nothing more than to turn it off, to stop hurting those around him but the more he tried to control the power, it seemed to want to control him. Consuming more and more of his senses until he was soon swallowed whole into a dark abyss. The last thing he heard besides painful cries and mournful screams, were the sound of sirens and a glimpse of a T.T.A [The Tower Association] truck.
'The bureau....?'
At the same time, in the Bureau facility hall, a serious meeting was being held.
The Bureau Major General, General Leo, sat on the main seat, looking down with a slightly grim expression. Surrounding him sat 12 other generals at the long oval table, waiting and listening patiently for the review. General Leo let out a sigh and said, ¨More sightings of the Deviants uprisings, keep appearing through out the world. There has been 4 rioting's so far, one in Azures Tower association, two in Sapphire Tower Association. And two nights ago there was one here within City Z.¨ Silence filled the room and General Leo continued. ¨Cases of missing human citizens have been spreading wildly on the internet and news for the past 2 months. Each week someone has been turning up gone.¨
¨The patterns are inconsistent.¨ A cold voice intertwined drawing everyone's attention to the end of the table, where a male casually slouched in his chair with a lazy posture, as if he'd rather be anywhere but here. ¨There are too many yet there aren't any, for us to directly pin point the next rioting's and kidnaps.¨
¨Enlighten me so.¨ General Leo raised both brows in interest.
The young male mentally rolled his eyes as if everything was obvious and a waste of time to explain so he didnt, someone else already beating him to the punch.
¨General Asura is right Major General Leo.¨ A female spoke. ¨I've checked the scanners and did the research. We believe the rioting's and missing people are connected. The victims are those within adolescence stage so far, the ages of the targets are between 11 to 21. The rioting's have been all over the place no specific city the same with the human cases.¨
¨How?¨ A general asked, that sat diagonally from her. He stared at the young female General whose name was Aera with a confused gaze.
¨I guess someone didnt do their homework again.¨ Someone whispered with a snarky tone, but those around heard it loud and clear as the voice entered everyone's ears especially General Kai who scratched his head sheepishly at the comment but continued his questioning.
¨The missing cases started 2 months ago and a target is abducted each week giving us 8 victims in total. The riots started 3 weeks ago and only 4 has happened that we know of. How are they connected.¨
¨I've checked all the Tower associations, each one set within the 7 continents and received info that we aren't the only ones with missing people police reports nor riots as Major General Leo has stated. We have also seen that they are only taking the Human species. So far in any occurrence over the world no Elites or WereBeast have been abducted. The riots are also about going against equality and hating the Unity Law. That humans are weak and our species are superior.¨
¨We are.¨ The general who mumbled earlier commented causing those around him to glare at him coldly, all but one. ¨What?¨ He shrugged his shoulders matter of factly. ¨We are.¨
The Major General frowned looking at the red head General dejectedly. ¨General Wright, keep your believes to yourself.¨ He ordered before glancing back over towards Aera. ¨And you both are sure that the riots and cases are connected?¨
General Aera nodded. ¨We´re sure.¨
Major General Leo leaned back in his seat the gears in his head turning one after the other. Those around him watched as his facial expressions seemed to become grimmer by the moment. There was only one group of people he could narrow it down to. But he couldn't be sure, those people haven't been active in over a century. No clues were left behind that tracked back to them in any way. Yet everything yelled them. The riots, the prudishness against humans, and the godly superiority behind the acts. He had to make sure if he was correct or not and mostly he hoped it wasn't as bad as he thought. Because if it was, there will soon be a war on their hands and he really wished it wouldn't have to come to that.
He lifted his head up and locked eyes with everyone as he gave out an order. ¨I want eyes and ears everywhere. I want evidence from any and every wittiness on those starting the riots and kidnappings. Give me at least one criminal involved with the abduction. At the end of this week I want some idea on whose the master mind and constructing these wretched incidents!¨ He waved his hand. ¨Dismissed.¨
Clacking of footsteps echoed through out the room but before any could leave, the main door was thrown opening revealing an assistant panting out of breath with urgent eyes. She seemed to have ran all the way from the left wing towards the meeting. ¨Major¨she called breathlessly. ¨An level A awakening has started.¨
