The hood creaked as the man jumped off, and with a toothy grin, he swaggered towards us.
Defensive, Aaron raised an arm, shielding me from his view; like a hen protecting it's chicks.
Peeking through his shoulder, and quietly watched. His gentle features contorted into a snare, he growled "What do you want Brandon?"
"Nothing too much or too little of you. And certainly not that little missy, you are hiding behind ya" Brandon nonchalantly said, steamrolling his glare.
"I was thinking about us, working together. I want you to feature one of my songs. I only need you. I heard you have an amazing voice. We will be great together!"
"No" Aaron acutely declined.
Brandon said "C'mon just give it a try!"
Contemplating for a moment, Aaron said "Working with you?"
Brandon nodded, expecting him to agree.
Apathetic, he said "Never"
