Anck Su Namun and Imhotep met centuries ago in the city of Hamunaptra.
When they first met, they were strongly attracted but had to hide their love.
The reason why they had to do that is that the Goddess Athena forbade them to fall in love while they were working so that they could dedicate themselves body and soul to work and to people and not to themselves.
But neither of them could help to feel what they were feeling, and they did not know how to hide that feeling, which did nothing more than grow more and more and more strongly.
While trying to find out, how to hide their feelings, both Anck Su Namun and Imhotep, did not stop dedicating themselves to their respective work and training, to be the best warriors; so that they can win battles.
In Hamunaptra, Imhotep is regarded as one of the role model gods, an excellent warrior, and excellent in all respects.
On the other hand, Anck Su Namun is considered the most beautiful of women and an excellent warrior because she has won numerous battles and it is also because she has defeated both men, women, witches, and fortune-tellers.
As time passed and the love of the two grew with more strength and intensity than before, they could no longer resist love and decided to give free rein to love.
The two agreed, to meet in a place far from Hamunaptra, to talk about their feelings and to know what to do about it.
After talking, for more than two hours, what they feel for each other, they decided to love each other freely, and if they had to pay the consequences for loving each other, they would pay them, but they were no longer willing to give up that immense love that did nothing more to grow and with more strength and intensity than before.
At first, they decided to keep it a secret, but someone discovered them, and they had no choice but to publicly say that they are in love.
Everyone was immensely happy with the news that they decided to celebrate it in style because it is the first time that everyone would witness that immense love.
The celebration lasted more than two days; which, all were immensely happy, and to end the celebration, Anck Su Namun, and Imhotep decided to consummate their love and for the first time.
After that, Anck Su Namun and Imhotep became one, and they both knew that they could no longer live apart and that sooner or later they would pay the consequences for falling in love.
