As soon as Aidan saw me come back in the room he rushed over, it didn't matter that he was in the middle of a conversation with Halifax's advisor.
"Where have you been?" He asked as he took my hand. "My God you're freezing." He pulled me close to him and started rubbing my arms to warm me up.
"Am I? I don't feel cold."
"You're freezing. Were you outside?"
"I-I was on the roof." I was embarrassed remembering my conversation and looked away from him. "I-I needed some fresh air."
"Did you drink too much?" He whispered, his voice seemed a bit playful and somewhat antagonistic.
"I-I can't help it. The conversation here is so boring."
"Then let's go spice things up." He said with a grin.
He took me to the hallway before scooping me up in his arms.
"Ai-Aidan." I squealed.
"Your face is too cute, I can't resist." He took me to our room and set me on the bed. He let out a moan as he leaned down to my face and rested his hand on the bed to support his weight. "You did promise to reward me if I behaved."
He kissed me, forcing his tongue down my throat before I could react.
"How did I do?" He asked playfully as he pulled away.
"D-do?" I asked, a little confused, the haze of alcohol still sweeping over my brain.
"Did I…behave enough?" He was toying with me with a seductive tone and expression.
"I-I…"
He chuckled. "I see." He said as he pulled me to the edge of the bed real slow. "You want me to take the lead."
When I was on the edge of the bed, he carefully spread my legs apart.
"No problem." He said with a naughty smirk on his face, it made me blush instantly. I reached up and touched his face; he leaned into my touch as he untied his pants.
He quickly undressed in one smooth, fluid motion. Somehow it made me want him more, or maybe it was the alcohol.
The way he felt inside me made me quiver and cling to him. I had wondered at first if going back with him was the right decision but the way I felt when I was with him, like this…it was electrifying. The way he held me, touched me, kissed every part of my body…it was enough to make a girl go crazy.
He stood there, looking down at me after we'd finished, completely out of breath. I smiled at him and he smiled back at me.
"What's on your mind?" Aidan asked as he reached out to me.
"You didn't take my dress off."
He laughed. "That's what you're thinking about?"
"I-I didn't think you liked me wearing it while we…"
"Make love?" He asked and I nodded.
"I don't but you were making the cutest faces…I couldn't wait."
"Oh." I said and looked away, embarrassed.
"Don't worry though. I'll have your dress off in no time for our next time."
"N-next time? Don't you have to go back to the feast?" I asked, my gaze returning to him.
"Go back? What for?" He scoffed.
"Y-you were talking to Advisor White. It looked important."
"Oh, that…I was barely listening. I find those conversations equally boring."
"Y-yes but aren't they important?"
"Yes, important…and dull. You saved me from it…for now."
He pulled me to my feet and turned me around, so my back was facing him. Carefully, he moved my hair away so he could untie my dress.
"But it's three days to the beach by carriage so I have to have my fill before then." He whispered in my ear.
"Three whole days?" I jested.
"I can hear the sarcasm in your voice."
"I just don't know what you're going to do with yourself for three. Whole. Days."
"Oh you're asking for it." He pulls me to him to press himself against me and starts to bite on my neck.
When did I start to enjoy teasing him? When did I start to look forward to nights with him? My first time with Aidan gave me anxiety, there was so much anticipation of what it would be like. I was so afraid that it would hurt and be horrible like when I was attacked but it was romantic.
