"Ares, what brings you here?" Hachiman asked again, seated on a long table across from Ares.
"Why can't you ask how I'm doing?" Ares complained as his spear and shield disappeared.
"You have taken after me. Am I that much of an influence to you?" Hachiman of War taunted him, but Ares's reply was respectful.
"Of course, you are, after all, my senior. God of War, Hachiman." He intertwined his thumbs with a crooked smile.
"Now, to the reason for this visit," Ares spoke, a scroll appeared from thin air and fell into his hand. Himari stood in the middle of the table to deliver and exchange whatever the gods had brought for one another.
"Thanks, Hima." Hachiman accepted the scroll from her hands.
"Hmm." She scuffed, walking back.

"I uhh- I was passing by to uhh... Oh yeah! Pick up my stuff, duh, of course." Sweat drenched Hakai even further, trying to find an excuse.
"Oh, well." Mai walked into the room and quickly opened the door to her closet.
"They're here." She informed him.
Unable to lie, Hakai placed his hand on his forehead and sighed. "Mai-San, no need. I lied to you..."
"I just can't lie. Impossible." Hakai thought to himself with disappointment.
"You lied to me?" She uttered, walking towards him.
"Hmm, sorry. Didn't mean to."
"So, why are you here?" She asked as she took a look at his new hairstyle and outfit.
"He looks so handsome." She tried to hold her blush when she entered the room, but she couldn't. "So cute..." Her head exploded.
"I came here on a hunch. But I also wanted to show you my new style." He stood up, completing a three-sixty for her with a huge smile.
"Adorable." She screamed inside her mindscape.
"They suit you. I liked your long hair, but this, too, looks good on you." She smiled, uttering her sentence with embarrassment.
"Really?" Hakai brimmed with a blinding light.
"Yes." She tilted her head with a smile, unable to hold herself back.
"Anyways, I'm sorry for intruding and using your bed. I was exhausted." He smiled, walking up to the window. She noticed his shining Katana.
"What's its purpose? Is it for those monster spirits? More than that?" She asked herself, intrigued by his daily life.
"Umm, Are you hungry?" She asked him, building up the courage. "I noticed you haven't been getting enough sleep, and I guess you haven't had much to eat based on those bags under your eyes and cheekbones?" She confronted him.
"Yeah, I uhh... I haven't had the time for that." He smiled awkwardly, holding things back.
"Well, I can make you something?" She let out a big huff of air.
"I would be intruding, but can you please?" He smiled softly.
"No problem, stay up here." She got up and left the room with a soft smile, knowing she could keep him around for a little longer.

'Explain this to me in further detail, Ares." Hachiman placed the scroll down, frowning a bit.
"As you wish. The Mount Olympus Gods have decided to create a rival to The High Heaven Court. The Court of Earth is designed to decide Earthly matters and cast judgment on Earthly events. We will propose in one month. On top of that, I proposed a council for the Gods who hold and rule the same title." He crossed his arms.
"Hmm, give me two days to come up with an answer. After that, I will travel to Mount Olympus, specifically Zeus's Palace, to deliver my decision." Hachiman asserted that as the doors opened, a line of three male servants held trays full of food and drinks.
"Very well, do keep in mind. This decision is important for what comes up." Ares told Hachiman as he sat up straight, waiting for the drinks.
"You can sense it too?" Hachiman asked as the servants laid the plates in front of him.
"I do not know what those elder gods are up to, but this sensation of War will not leave my side." Ares held the plate in front of himself, leaning a bit forward.
"Shingami's servants are close, yet, far. Their unintelligent phantoms' emergence has slowed since the New Type came into existence. But, nevertheless, I sense that they are plotting up for something huge." Hachiman held his cup as a fourth servant entered the room, pouring him sake.
"On my way here, I crossed paths with the one and only God of Destruction, Hakai God. Frankly, his presence alone scared me. The Eight Paths he holds are fearsome to an extreme. Yet, knowing underneath all that lies an unchecked power enough to destroy the world." Ares revealed his fears as he sipped on the Japanese sake. "Mmm, delicious." He commented, gulping the entire thing down.
"His past, his presence, and his sealed power... He is a God in his own league, but do not fear him. Accept him, Ares. He is an ally of good and creation to unite both the Father and Mother."
"The Eight Paths eyes, their secret is held close. However, any leaks on what their abilities are?" Ares spoke at a low volume.
"The Eight Paths, their legendary eyes said to be wielded by one created equally from the Father Positivity and Mother Negativity. Harboring undisclosed eight abilities, they represent the paths in life and supposedly other things, among them being Godhood. But I know of one path, physical teleportation." Hachiman disclosed one of the secrets of the Eight Paths eyes that only Hakai wielded.
"Only one? I thought he would tell you more, but he does seem mysterious. Have you ever asked him about his other abilities?" Ares took a chance, wanting to know more about Hakai's blessed eyes.
"He hasn't said a word about his visual prowess. I only saw him demonstrate one of the paths. If your this interested, approach and ask him yourself. He is quite the handful of a fool, but he is a good soul, trust me, Ares." Hachiman decided to have Ares approach and befriend Hakai as it served good to both the gods.
"Anyways, let us enjoy our meal. Thanks for the blessings." Hachiman prayed as he picked up his chopsticks.
"Thanks for the blessing."
"Yo, I can't use these... Can I get a fork and spoon, please?" Ares complained, struggling to hold the chopsticks correctly.
