There are 12 grades + 4 grades if Peng Mingzhu finds any outstanding students to become her disciple.

-> All students employed work for 8 hours unless they are Grade 7 and Grade 8, and have to clock in and clock out.
-> All students employed work 5 days out of the 7 day week.
-> All students are paid on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of the month.
-> Any students who join the academy at a later age instead of age 7 will be forced under private tutoring until the tutor deems that they are unneeded.

-> For grade 7 and 8, there are 2 teachers for each of the GE classes and 4 teachers for the electives.
