As Petra expected, Tom was motivated by Petra's words earlier. Until Tom's chest swelled up without him realizing it. The spirit of rivalry flares up when Petra mentions Lyon's name and mentions an illicit lover.
It wasn't that predicate that Tom liked but Tom still vividly remembered when Lyon said that title in front of Tom.
