Petra was not the only one who was surprised to meet Chia's mother. This beautiful woman turned out to be Lyon's older sister. But also with Lyon being surprised too and being behind them, whose existence has been standing behind Chia's mother since when. There is a distance of about three meters between Lyon and Petra. Seeing Lyon appear, Chia immediately ran towards where Lyon was standing.
Lyon did not expect to meet Lisa at the golf club today. Because on this day usually Lisa
never goes to play golf on a rainy Thursday like now. Or maybe Lyon who has forgotten his memory? Or is it Lyon's older sister who suddenly goes out of her way from this habit?
"Why are you here?" asked Lyon displeased. Both hands tucked into the pockets of the pants, a sharp cynical look as if seeing a mortal enemy contrasted with the cheerful atmosphere of the cafeteria, like a grim reaper in a wrong costume at a birthday party.
"Is this how you greet your brother who hasn't seen each other in a long time, Lyn?" said Lisa in a sarcastic tone. Turned away from in front of her Petra then walked closer to where Lyon was.
"Looks like you took the wrong medication or got possessed by something ... Wasn't it just last Sunday that we met and had dinner together. Did you forget about that?" Lyon replied with the same sarcasm as Lisa. The sharp glint from Lyon's two eyes shows that he doesn't like it.
"Oh .. yes right. I forgot about that nightmare. So, now is the time for you to go home. Let's have dinner together." said Lisa with emphasis on every word.
Lisa took Chia's tiny hand. Staring at Lyon with obvious exasperation. As if he was saying 'come quickly with me, otherwise I will kill you.
"Sorry I can't. Can't you see I'm busy right now?" Lyon explained without further ado, then intended to leave the cafeteria.
"Not today. Can't Lyn. No, after what you've said about future wives. Not Lyn, because your silly behavior gave me a headache after what mom said on the phone last night." Lisa's story. Saying like that while glowering at Lyon who was getting ready to walk away.
Lisa's words succeeded in stopping Lyon's footsteps from moving away. Forcing Lyon to turn back and look at the older sister in front of him meaningfully. And Petra, who was standing not far from Lisa, could only see the scene. Petra wondered what on earth Lyon's mother had told Lisa about her that made the beautiful woman with one child look unhappy. Or very angry, so to speak.
"Why did you bother intervening too?" Lyon said casually, staring in surprise at Lisa. Tilted head and smiled sarcastically. Seeing Lyon smile like that reminds Petra of the same Lyon smile the day before and Petra just realized the meaning of Lyon's smile is displeasure.
"What do you say? It is precisely because you that does not know yourself that has dragged me into the new problem that you are now creating. Go home. Right now!" Lisa hissed in a slightly raised voice because the annoyance she felt seemed to have reached the top. And, they might explode if they weren't in public.
Without saying anything else Lyon went to follow Lisa and Chia to leave the cafeteria with great compulsion, Lyon just didn't want other people to see the lioness angry in public because of it. No, no matter how annoyed Lyon is with his brother he won't be able to tarnish the big family name Levi just because he can't help himself. Lyon was able to do that only for the sake of Lisa, her only older sister. Deep in his heart, more than anything, Lyon loves Lisa.
They left Petra alone with a questioning look. Should Petra be grateful that someone took Lyon away or should Petra feel annoyed because Petra's intention to ask for compensation to the young man was lost for what he had done to Chia, which made Petra's wallet drain, not remaining?
The heavy rain accompanied by the wind that had hit had subsided and was replaced with a drizzle accompanying the black car that took Lyon and Lisa home.
The day had turned to night when Petra finally left the golf club building feeling tired and drowsy due to the rain that had not subsided. Petra then cursed himself for his stupidity. Because the expensive food in the snow cafeteria made her forget to spare any money for a return fare, it made Petra have to walk for at least forty minutes to get home.
"Geez, damn Lyon," Petra grumbled the whole way.
Petra stopped for a moment at a bus stop bus to straighten the leg which is getting sore. Petra gently squeezed her leg, hoping it would get better before she continued halfway through.
Not long after, a car horn startled the half-daydreaming Petra. Suddenly made Petra stand upright in reflex, only to find out who was blinking the horn.
"Petra, what are you doing at night?" asked a voice from inside the car. A young man in a Metropol high school uniform but he is older than Petra.
"Doing homework," answered Petra halfheartedly. And getting annoyed after knowing who was in the car. Steven, his senior and also an intra-school administrator.
"Hey, how long are you going to be mad at me like this, Petra?" said the young man, smiling at Petra.
"I'm not mad, Sis Stev." squealed Petra, feeling ashamed of himself because it turned out that the young man named Steven was still behaving the same as before. Too confident.
"Then I want to tell you how Ken is currently?" quipped Stev still with the same smile. Looking at Petra was meaningful.
They both knew about what had happened five years ago in Finelan between Petra, Stev, and Ken.
Like a fairy tale that felt like they had just experienced it yesterday. About Petra's first love, or something like that. At least that's what Petra herself had believed all along.
Remembering Ken and her friend Stev, only makes Petra miss home. Not the house Petra now lives in, but their home in Finelan. The house where Petra lives with Uncle Jon and Aunt Mia. The home that Petra smelled so badly about. The house where Petra first met Ken by accident.
Five years ago, it was a rainy season that was both soothing and fun for teenager Petra. Where, at that time ... Petra thought she saw a prince from a fairy tale coming to her. The prince got lost. The prince did not know the way back to his friends. And ... make Petra look like a little helper goddess for the prince.
