They were so large, and with the absence of wings, it almost seemed as if they were using their immense amount of energy signature to keep themselves floating up in the air. There, Lexine and Taevlin shared a look. Taevlin's eyes had alternated back to the golden hue, and Lexine who was looking at him found him to be quite captivating.
Taevlin also stared at her, for quite a few seconds. It was as if the two dragons that were circling the two of them as if they were prey did not exist. Lexine gave the male a large smile, one that Taevlin was quite taken aback with.
One had to know that Lexine had rarely directed her smiles at him. Therefore, seeing him smiling at her caused a light shiver to run down his spine.
