The mansion was much larger than anything Evy had ever seen before. Although she had a tight grip on Zingel's arm, she did not forget to gush over every little piece of art or silverware she saw. Seeing her attitude, Lashfen found himself relaxing ever so slightly in the presence of the three children.
"Lord Lashfen," Almathea called out his name, pulling him out of his daydream.
"Hm?" he turned to her. She was just a bit taller than he was, so it was quite easy to keep up with his steps.
