Summary of 10 Seconds To New Year Arc
10 Seconds To New Year started the series after the initial nine chapter prologue which brought to light some key events of the past, the war that happened there, how the two mysterious half keys were made safe in strange ways and the two young girls that were sent to the future (three actually, if you followed the prologues closely.)
The Council then had a tight system which governed the world as a whole. Everyone knew of the existence of magic and the likes. The Council was headed by Ferenc, and one of the mentioned governors was Gione. Six continents with distinct powers made up the council. Over the course of the prologue, Ferenc died after some shady business with some entity called Serantus and that entity attacked the Council building, looking for a supposed half key kept in the council building.
