But little Mara discovered that the little girl was not directly looking at her, she was looking at the Horizon from that one. A tear came out of her face, little Mara felt pity and sympathy for the little girl. She didn't know that those feelings she was harboring in her heart for that girl were human feelings, whereas she, as a vampire, let alone her as the Supreme leader of the vampire Clan, should not have.
But just when little Mara wanted to find out what she was seeing, she heard the girl speak. "Could you do me a favor and get me out of here? I noticed that none of those men in black had seen you. If you could be so kind as to get me out of here? I would be very grateful, and I will pay you back in the not-too-distant future."
Little Mara was amazed at the maturity in the girl's voice, even though she was only 5 years old, the way she unwraps her mouth is something amazing to little Mara.
