Looking shocked at Brielle, Sam gasped. "An unlimited credit card can be dangerous." She gives Will the puppy dog eyes.
"No, I will not be getting one of those. You should know that I am not fond of too many things at the house besides your card already has a limit of one million, and you barely go through that." Will sighed and closed the truck door. "Come on, let's get back to the shopping."
Jenna looks shocked at Brielle. "How do you have a limitless card?"
"I have two cards. One is for the company, and the other is my personal card. The company card is where most of your purchases are going on. Asurlon knows that you need new things and besides you will be paying it back from the inheritance that your parents left you, plus their wages have been paid to you this whole time. Now that you are joining us, Asurlon will stop the payments to the account for you that is set up. After we are done buying everything that is needed, you will get this company card, and the limit will be lowered to control your spending." Brielle holds the card out to Jenna, and she saw that it was her family card.
"Wow, it has been a while since I have seen that symbol. I will be getting that on my chest soon, correct??" Jenna traces the symbol fondly.
"Whenever you are ready, we can book the appointment and get it done. Normally it would already be done, but there was far too much that happened all at once. I will go with you when you get it. As your mentor, I need to see that through." Brielle smiled and looked at Sam. "Do you know where the best store in the mall is for a bedroom set?"
Clapping her hands, Sam starts leading the way. "I do. Just follow me." She leads them to a store, and they enter and look at all sorts of bedroom sets.
Jenna jumps a little in excitement. "A bedroom set is like a dream come true, but don't you only have a one-bedroom suite? Where would you put this bedroom set?" She stops and looks at Brielle.
"In your new place. You can't stay with me forever. If it makes you feel any better, there are some apartments for sale in the building I live in, so you will be able to visit me." Brielle looked at Jenna and kept walking.
Jogging to catch up, Jenna looks at Brielle's serious face. "It is not necessary for me to get an apartment. I can just stay at the headquarters."
"You know that is just for temporary housing. You should've been brought back to your family home, but that was still under investigation. Jenna, you will be getting an apartment. This is not a request but an order from the head of the association." Leo slightly glared down at the girl.
"Oh, come on, Leo, you can't talk to a young girl like that. You need to be more gentle." Sam stopped and grabbed Jenna's hands. "Don't let that big scary jerk mess with you. I think that having a place to call home will do you some good. Do you not want a room of your own to decorate and new kitchen supplies to admire? I know that if I was to get that opportunity, I would go nuts."
Will touched Sam's shoulder, "Don't worry too much about all this, Sam. This is something that was going to happen eventually. I have gone through this in the past, and it is not easy to go through. The difference is I was able to go back home."
Brielle looked at Jenna, "I was not able to go back home yet. I am one of the few that decided not to go back. I got an apartment to make that place my own. Are you sure that you do not want to live close to me?"
"Wait, you have not gone back to your family home, Brielle? I thought that after one was given the go-ahead that they went back to their family home?" Jenna's eyes shining up at Brielle.
"I was given a choice. My uncle was the one that passed away, so I decided that when the timing was right, I would enter my family home once again. The apartment I got is really nice, and I like it there. The building is tranquil." Brielle started the group to continue walking.
Jenna kept up and nodded her head. "Since that is the case, shall we view the apartments together? I do not want to do this alone."
"Why would you think that you would be sent to view them alone? Your mentor is the one that sets everything up, and then you will both go together. That is what happened when Will and I got our homes back, and Brielle got a new apartment, but that was after we got checked back into our homes." Leo glanced at Jenna, who was scowling at him.
Sam was watching everything and shook her head. "You know, I thought your company was weird, but it is good to know that the younger generation can be well taken care of. Since my best friend has disappeared… again, I will need some new friends. How about we hang out every so often, Brielle and Jenna?"
"Sure, when I am not busy at work or training. I will have a little more free time since I will be training. I'll get your number while Jenna looks at the bedroom sets." Brielle looks at Sam, smirking at Leo secretly in her mind.
They reach the store, and Jenna jumps right into looking at all the sets. Sam walks over to Brielle and pulls out her phone. Flipping to her contacts, she hands the phone to Brielle and takes her phone. Quickly they both input their phone numbers and smile. "Thank you for complying with my request. This one works so much that I have a lot of free time. I have been doing all the wedding plans on my own." Sam lets out a dramatic sigh.
Laughing, Brielle took her phone back and put it in her pocket. "Our work keeps us going, not that I mind. So what is about this about your best friend going missing?"
"You should've heard from Leo already. He told me that in all his downtime, he was looking for her. I told him that she does this from time to time because of her family, but he is oddly fixated on finding her. All I want is for her is to be safe and happy." Sam shakes her head.
"And I told you that I will find her no matter what. After one night of holding her, I refuse to let her go. She will be mine like you are Will's." Leo looked over his shoulder while watching Jenna closely.
Jenna happily came back to the group. "I am happy to report that they have my bedroom set in stock and the mattresses I have chosen. So if the guys could get the truck to the loading dock while us ladies continue to shop, that would be fantastic." She wraps her arms through the two older ladies, and they started to walk away as a group.
"Now you are getting into this. What else do you need?" Sam smiles and pats Jenna's arm that was laced with hers and starts walking out of the store.
"Think of this as an empty apartment that needs everything brand new. Jenna is starting with just a few sets of clothing. Well, and everything that we have already grabbed." Brielle walked with the girls.
"In that case, I will take you to some amazing stores." Sam leads the way to the next shop and picks up all sorts of kitchen wares, including beautiful kitchen knives.
Brielle looked at the knife sets, and a particular style caught her eye. She looked at the sets happily. "Excuse me. I will take one of each of these Japanese steel knives."
"Make it two sets, please! I like those Bree. I will follow suit and get them as well. You have fantastic taste." Jenna nodded her head.
"I will buy these as a housewarming gift for you. Have you collected everything that you wanted to get from here?" Brielle looked at Jenna, seeing her nod her head yes.
"The guys are on their way back, so I have directed them to our next store. I am glad that I spoke to guest services and got us a cart to push around because that got full quick. The last two places are for bedding, plates and such." Sam smiled and helped load the new bags to the cart while Brielle paid.
"Thank you for helping us with this, Sam. I feel like this went by much faster than planned." Jenna watched as everything got scanned in on the two tills, the knives on the first and everything else on the second. With her eyes sparkling at everything that was new.
