"First Brina, now her!" Brylee cried as she paced back and forth inside their private space which is now not private as everyone is in there. Her parents, Ryuu, Xander, and even Luc are there.
"I did not," Brina retorted back although her focus was on the computers in front of her.
"You went missing?" Luc, who was sitting beside her, helping her, turned and asked with concern.
"Yes, you did!" Brylee replied.
"When was that? Why didn't I know that?" Luc was suddenly enraged as if Brina was the one missing at that moment.
"Because you can't fucking remember her," Bell's words rendered him speechless.
Bell was seated on her chair with Xander sitting on its armrest with his arms folded in his chest. The couple was just silently watching as everyone paced around in panic.
Brina forced a smile on Luc. "That was after you found me in the alley," She said softly. She didn't have to elaborate because Luc knew what she was talking about.
