"I want to wear my clothes here with your help."
Song Yuna said that line without realizing what she meant, probably because she did not want Min to leave her alone. In the palace, he was the only one whom she thought was sincere in the place. She never thought of anyone as her companion aside from him.
Yes, that was right.
Min looked surprised and if she was a man and a woman asked the same thing to her, she would be surprised as well. Why would a grown-up woman want a man to help her fix her clothing?
Blinking twice, Yuna realized that she had to explain. Or else, it would end up with a misunderstanding. A huge misunderstanding.
"I m-mean," Yuna stuttered as she tried to find the right words that she wanted to say. "I wanted to tell you that I want your help for me to be able to wear my clothes."
Wow, Was that even an explanation?
More like a repetition of what she said earlier.
"W-what d-do you mean by that, Lady Yuna?" Min's jaw dropped. "Perhaps, this is a misunderstanding on my side?"
"No," Yuna shook her head as her right foot swirled on the water. She was becoming more impatient as time went by. "This is not a misunderstanding. Do not complicate things or separate ideas to another set of ideas."
The more Yuna talked, the more Min's face distorted out of confusion. To make Min understand what she meant, she continued. "Take it as something literal. I want you to help me with my clothes. That is it."
"H-how?"
Yuna gestured over to the side where the palace maid stood. She did not want to wear those heavy long skirts and a traditional outer jacket amid summer. The drought in the country has been widespread, and she can't do anything about it. She wanted to wear her hip and trendy outfit again. It was more fashionable, and it suited the weather the most.
It was comfy compared to the long-sleeved jackets and skirts that she had to wear. The baggy pants were loose, and it would be something that suited her body line the most when she wore it.
"You can see the black clothes over there, right?" Yuna said with a smile on her face. "Place that near the tub I am at," She ordered Min like she was her lackey for today. "Ah. Don't you ever dare look at my body, okay? Though I know that our Min is not someone like that."
Min cleared his throat as if he was hinting at Yuna that she was wrong. Well, whatever he meant was nothing of her concern. After all, she witnessed how unique and charismatic Min was when the fifth prince tried to invade her personal space and look at her naked body.
She could not erase on her head how Min was about to break the prince's handsome face. If he did that, they could have been in trouble, but since Min still wanted to inflict fear on him for being disrespectful, he threatened him with a swift punch that only landed on-air and was just a few centimeters away from his nose bridge.
Min followed Yuna's orders, and he bent his knees down and started walking towards the tub. Yuna then realized that him walking like that was his act of trying to protect her with his actions. Squatting like that made his eyes level with the edges of the tub Yuna was in.
And so, that was why he was crouching and walking like a crab. He looked adorable and gentlemanly. Min was just a meter distance from the tub, and he extended his arms so that Yuna would be able to get her clothes.
But Yuna did not grab her clothes and said, "Min. You can give me my clothes later. I want to get out of here first. "
"As I said, I think you can definitely get out of there without me in the room. Don't you think I should leaveβ?"
"No!" Yuna yelled, objecting to Min's suggestion. "You should take out your jacket."
"Jacket?"
"Yes, the jeogori."
As surprised as he was, Min's eyes rounded for the first time since both of them met each other. He covered his chest with both of his arms and said, "W-why should I t-take it off, High Priestess? You do know that you have to keep yourself pure and chastise before you summon the White Tiger!" He kept on stuttering as he continued. "And the chosen celestial warrior and High Priestess are not a-allowed to fall in love."
"Did I even say something about falling in love or doing something else?" Yuna rolled her eyes. "I only said that you should take off your jeogori because I want to use it as a towel."
Min looked like he was having a hard time comprehending what Yuna just said. He kept on blinking. This handsome man is getting on Yuna's nerves. He was taking a long time understanding a straightforward command that she said.
"I said, please take off your jeogori," Yuna repeated what she said earlier with a hint of annoyance. "I am going to use it as something that will dry me."
Furrowing his brows, Min just stared at Yuna with the water splashing from her tub, making it background noise. Yuna's patience was getting smaller and smaller. Min looked like a lost toddler in front of the cashier because his mom went shopping for more groceries and did not have any money.
"Min!" The volcano has now burst, and Yuna was on the verge of an explosion. "I told you to take off that jeogori of yours! Is that even that hard to do?"
Slightly panicking with Yuna's sudden outburst, Min immediately took off his jacket, and his bare upper body was shown. He had somewhat thin but had enough muscles in specific areas. Yuna gulped as he stared at Min's broad shoulders and chest muscles. It was worth ogling at.
Wait. Did she ask Min to stay for this motive?
Yuna was now taking advantage of her position as a high priestess and Min being her celestial warrior?
