The undead hounds raced towards Ego, leaping past his swings deftly and even doing their best to sink their teeth into his armor. Even if Ego missed his swings, it didn't mean the undead hounds could overpower him. The undead hounds needed to dodge the swings, and when they attacked, Ego was forced to evade.
"Mere mutts are on par with my speed? How preposterous!" Ego exclaimed since he was having a tough time landing a hit. Ego figured this would be easy, since before he was able to mow down Jake's undead with a single-arm three months ago. He had both his arms, but one of them was a prosthetic. This just showed how advanced the New World Government's technology truly was.
"Avidity a little help here!" Ego shouted to Avidity, but she was too busy dealing with the Eater Undead. Dodging their attacks was simple; she could even cut off the tongues. The problem was that the tongues continued to grow back each time.
