"Come." He led us through the garden area towards the central part of the enormous underground conservatory.
We passed the small pond, and then we passed the tranquility swimming pool. He did not stop until we reached the waterfall.
"See that huge bird of paradise clump of bushes?" He pointed to a bush of the flowers. "Look for the flower that has the bright red beak."
"That one," he pointed, "and pull it like so," he pulled the flower towards him as if he was shifting a gear.
At first, nothing happened, but then within a few seconds, the sound of the waterfall began to lessen.
Within half a minute, the waterfall had ceased, revealing a metal doorway that had been hidden behind the water curtain.
"There are steps here. Be careful, it's a bit slippery because of the water." He reached out and helped me up the platform and onto the area, now empty of the cascading waterfall.
