Adrianne exhaled out of relief, at least no one would dare to be suspicious of her. She has Iris as a companion now. She just needs to act more to get the girl's feelings and she can already start her plan towards the woman.
Moments later the silence crept in the atmosphere, making the moment somehow eerie.
"How was your stay so far, Little girl?" Angelica asked with the usual smile plastered on her face.
Adrianne tried her best to fight the urge to roll her eyes. She couldn't believe that she will hear again the usual tone of the woman. The same disgusting sweet and soft voice that don't even fit the woman's ugly face!
Angelica sat on the left side while Benedict sat on the corner of the table. Adrianne silently smirked when she was now facing the designated seat for her stepdaughter.
