It was past five in the evening when Orva was able to make it back to the restaurant after nearly getting lost on the way. Because she had no money on her, walking was the only option left and she refused to beg people on the streets. She walked barefoot to the restaurant with no water or food to fill her insides. So many people looked at her strangely but she didn't care until she entered the restaurant through the back door.
"Where have you been girl? I have been searching for you everywhere like crazy." Gabby came rushing to the disheveled girl looking on the brink of collapsing.
"I don't know." Orva breathes out and tries to make her way into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water.
"What do you mean you don't know? Weren't you taking out the trash?" Gabby follows her from behind and helps her get a bottle of juice instead.
"Forget it. Where's everyone?" Orva decided to end the topic because she was tired and famished from walking long distances.
"Donald scared them off to their houses." Gabby joked.
"Where is he?" She asks.
"Well, he-"
"Gabby I swear if that little-" Donald pauses when he sees them in the kitchen. His eyes glowed red the moment he sees Orva, and did not bother asking what happened to her or what she has been through, his major concern was the comfort of his business. "Where have you been?" He rose to challenge.
"I was at-" She tries to explain but he gave her no room to do so.
"Don't give me any of your fairy tale stories I want real answers now." He demanded.
"I wasn't going to lie to you in the first place." She bits back.
"Then tell me where were you?" Donald demanded even though he is not letting her explain.
"If you keep on shouting this way you won't get anything from me!" She warns him.
"Then suit yourself, I don't give a damn! But you better be here early tomorrow." He warns.
"Make me then punk!" She attacks.
"Did you just call me punk?" Donald confronts her.
"You heard me." She says and Gabby steps in front of her uncle so he didn't hurt Orva.
"You better no try me little brat! Get your hands off me!" Donald shrugs off his hands from Gabby and storms out of the restaurant.
"You know you could have gotten yourself into trouble with your uncle." Gabby tells her.
"I just did, I wish he will just burn in hell." She spits out.
"I know you both detest each other but why?"
"Just stay out of it Gabby."
"I am your friend, sooner you will have to tell me."
"I am telling nothing to anyone." She insists.
"Okay… geez." He leaves her to go change while he completes the rest of the arrangement in the restaurant. Thirty minutes after they were done organizing Gabby walked up to Orva eating one of the cupcakes served to the strange men.
"What now?" She grumbles before he said a word.
"Well… now that we are done for tonight I will like to invite you to my party." He says.
"Not interested." She replies.
"You can't just reject before I say what is about." Gabby whined.
"You know why I reject don't you?"
"I promise you Orva it has nothing to do with the weird statues at Jerry's party."
"I hope so." She grumbles.
"I promise. "
"Then what kind of party?"
"Well, it is hosted in a club I sort of work at, but I promise- I promise it is going to be fun and I will always be by your side."
"No, I am not coming."
"Please." He pleaded.
"No."
"I promise it will be fun."
"NO!"

At the club...
When Gabby brought up the idea of clubbing and promised it was going to be fun, Orva thought it won't be that bad considering it will be more of a gathering, but upon reaching there she began to regret her decision. First of all- 'going to a club with Gabby?' ridiculously insane, and also accompanied with his friends when she was not even a club person wasn't a great mix. But she tries to shrug it off and enjoy the night as her freedom to take away the pain and stress clogging her life, as said by Gabby.
There were no words Orva could use to explain the frustration and pain going on in her everyday life but Gabby knew them all without hearing it from her mouth, Orva was honestly fed up with life and everything around her. The only thing keeping her going is the last treasure her mother owned and willed to her as a child 'Harvi's cafe' it holds a lot of memories of her and her parents, which she swore to get back as soon as possible.
Gabby decided to offer Orva a ride to the club since she was new, and did not want her first experience to be a bad one. At least. They all came in a big party bus Gabby rented, Orva looked at some of the people Gabby referred to as 'friends' they were behaving in an unholy way which made Orva uncomfortable and desperate to get out. She had to look away and shield her ears from their shameful behavior, but was surprised Gabby isn't disturbed or minding them instead, he was texting on his phone.
On getting to the club the doors of the party bus swung open and Gabby made the first entrance, giving off the playboy acts to screaming girls waiting to touch him. Orva grimaced at the high pitch screams of the girls in the silent night she wondered if they had storage for screams because of how loud they sounded.
Next to come out was a girl with emo hair and clothing she looked all funked up and Gothic. The next was a guy in leather clothing and two other girls at his side, they were the ones playing naughty in the bus and Orva was thankful they left the bus or she might have a breakdown. Now everyone was out, it remained Orva.
She was nervous and sweaty, with all the people outside waiting and looking at her, Orva wasn't sure she was ready for this 'if you want to be a star you got to act it cool, you need to get used to crowds looking at you' Orva encourages herself then close her eyes while taking calming breaths.
"Go on honey, go have the best fun of your life!" The driver urged her. Orva was startled and snapped her eyes open, she look in the direction the voice came from. It was the driver encouraging her to leave the bus, she totally forgot he could see her through the glass barricading the back from the driver's side. The way he talked almost tempted her to shove something solid down his throat but decided against it.
Orva was nervous and more worried someone may recognize her and report to her to Donald. Then she remembered what Gabby told her before they left, he promised her a great makeover and cover-up that will make her unrecognizable to anyone, even to herself. Orva believed him and blindly followed without realizing she was getting herself trapped in a swamp and no one was going to save her from it.
Slowly Orva put one leg out but paused, she was having doubts again and panic was starting to rise in her chest. Something tells her this night will not be the best as Gabby claims it to be but she tries to push the feeling away and took one deep breath to calm her nerves.
"Need help?" She looked up to see Gabby grinning cheekily at her, his hands were stretched out for her to take, cautiously Orva placed her hand on his and stepped out leaving all her doubts behind.
"Thanks, just what I needed. But you're sure I look okay, right?" She asked for his opinion the third time that night.
"I tell you girl, if not that I know you and you are tough on me I would-"
Orva's fists came in contact with Gabby's ribs and he let out an 'oomph' sound.
"Mind your language with me Gabby. I swear I would much worse to you if you ever try that with me again." Orva threatens and cracked her knuckles to make her point. She forgot she was still outside and a few people were watching her in amazement as she threatens the star face of the club.
"I will if you don't always punch me like that. Please not in public, when I am in front of my fans." Gabby begged and limped away from Orva to avoid another big blow she was prepared to give.
"Trust me when I say you will get the end of my heels!" She yells over other screaming girls and stalked him confidently.
