Orva ran out of the club like she was been chased by a predator. Her steps were quick and loud against the asphalt. The sound of her shoes hitting the gravel sidewalk echoed in the cold night exposing her position, regret and fear starts to grip her in the heart as the night breeze suddenly became cold with chills sending goosebumps all over her arms.
"Orva you're safe nothing's going to happen to you." She repeated the same words she always mutters to herself any night she heads home alone. Despite the calm words Orva wasn't anywhere near feeling safe. Her heart skipped a bit at the sound of a tin clanking behind her, she felt blood rush up in her veins at great speed which triggered a fair amount of fear.
