"To live?" I said, looking into his green eyes and squinting. Because of his tall height, I had to lift my head high to look into his eyes. He brought his face close to mine, his eyes roaming my face. Then he smiled slightly. We danced slowly on the balcony, my bare feet aching from the cold. Even though I was cold, I didn't open my mouth and say a word because I didn't want the magic of this moment to be broken.
"What is life, Princess?" I frowned at the question I heard.
"May I know the purpose of asking this?" One eyebrow went up.
"No, you may not. You answer my question... What is life?"
