Jiang Ying Yue stood outside the main courtyard of the Star-Lake Manor with her eyes fixed on the four men who were locked in a sweet dream all thanks to the spell she had cast over them during dinner.
"Are you sure about this?" Empress Dowager asked from where she was standing on her right while she too stared at the Princes and Silver.
A deep sigh escaped Jiang Ying Yue's lips as she cast the last spell to lock the men inside the courtyard before she turned to face the woman. "They need to be away from all the distractions. It's almost time for their trial. Any distractions at this point will prove harmful to their accession."
Jiang Ying Yue found herself looking at the sky above as if she wanted to talk directly to the one above who was playing dirty with her even at such a critical moment. Who would have thought that the night of the eclipse would also turn out to be the night for the Princes to face their trial?
