As of now, Zhao Chen had already returned his hands to his side the minute Li Meilin turned around to face him.
Smiling at her friend, Meilin replied, "I wish it would be that easy to ignore all of them though. I know I'm not even at fault here, why do I need to bear the consequences of that jerk's actions?"
"That's why I wanted to beat the sh*t out of that annoying jerk," Zhao Chen whispered to himself more than saying it to Li Meilin.
The latter only drew her eyebrows together and asked what he said just now which Zhao Chen only laughed at.
"Let's go inside the classroom now, shall we?" Zhao Chen says with a warm smile which could always make Meilin's day bright.
"Okay!" Thanks to him, Li Meilin's enthusiastic mood was back on track once again.

During lunch break, Li Meilin and her small group of friends bravely decided to eat inside the cafeteria just so to prove to her haters that she is not affected by all the snarky comments they will throw at her.
