"Yes, I have trust issues." He yelled out of nowhere. He shut the laptop. He walked to her side. She thought he would hurt her or something but what he did was quite opposite.
He stopped in front of her, took a deep breath and then took a seat beside her. "I am hungry." He stated, not looking at her.
Sang Qian pursed her lips. "Even though holding it back isn't a solution. For now, you should eat. We need to have a talk one day or other."
She looked at him and passed him the smaller box of fried chicken. "It's not that soggy yet, still fresh and hot. Eat it." She smiled lightly.
He nodded, slightly embarrassed that he gave in easily, for the first time in his life. Sang Qian wasn't aware how much effort did it take for him to change himself everyday for her. She thought it was his way of dealing with others.
