"That should be enough."
Elihim wasn't able to find mines of minerals for him to use. He only found fragments upon fragments of it underground. In total, that should be enough for his next move.
Night had already dawned and Ellie was watching her big brother from the window of the cave. The interior was like a grand hotel but the exterior still looked like a mountain. If not for Ellie, Elihim wouldn't have bothered installing windows since there was already good ventilation inside.
There were still a lot of things to do but Elihim chose to rest for the night early. Tomorrow is the start of the big days. He should definitely get a good rest...
Morning in the next day, it was still as bright as ever, there were no signs of the storm coming. But this is only because Hramm City is nearer to the Death Palace than the White Boundary. Atop the White Boundary itself, dark clouds have already loomed.
There were few to no Shorepeople there. They have mostly tanned skin since most of them were fishermen. Their culture, from how they dressed and where these dresses were made of, was clearly different from the Verdents, the people living in the Green Belt of Reland.
Therefore, when Elihim and Ellie arrived there after hours of fast traveling, no one was able to spot them.
"So this is the Great Ocean where the Continental River goes to!?"
Ellie hopped up and down seeing the beautiful blue in front of her. Although there were some dark clouds, it was not enough to cover the vast ocean. Her excitement was contagious that Elihim couldn't help smiling instead of feeling nervous about what they were about to do.
"Yeah, this is called the beach where the white sand is."
Elihim said with a grin.
"Really!? I thought this whole place is called the shore?"
"No, after everything finishes, we'll come back here, okay?"
"Okay!" Ellie punched the air while fuming with excitement. Elihim laughed while he caressed her head which let her finally calmed down. After looking around more, she finally noticed something in the distance.
"Elihi, what's that?"
She pointed at something at the far horizon. Elihim looked and saw that there was a gigantic pillar that seemed to stab the earth. Towards the ocean, there were metallic black chains that it was connected to. But since the chains were underwater, Elihim didn't know where it was.
"It's one of Reland's Nebulous."
"Nebulous?"
"A fancy word for mysterious."
"Oh... but why?"
"It's cool?"
Ellie nodded and didn't argue.
This was also the first time that Elihim had been to the White Boundary. He looked to his left too and saw the same structure. What are those for? It surely is an Artifact. However, since there was little knowledge about the past, Elihim had temporarily chosen to ignore it.
Humans there are still unable to tell how old a rock is. Therefore, they were far from creating an accurate timeline of the past. He didn't try to look at them not to let himself get confused.
Anyway, they were there for an important job. This will kill thousands of people but Elihim didn't tell Ellie. In the future, he can use this to make her hate him. It will make her life miserable but he had been preparing a great deal of compensation to get herself to stand up independently.
"Are you ready?"
Elihim asked.
"Yes!"
And it seemed like it was an unnecessary question. Ellie was too fired up.
"Okay," Elihim sighed with a smile before he began-
"Law Proposal. A one-time use. All of my non-living, physical, and valuable possessions that are under the ground will be the Exchange. Once the Exchange is done, let it be the multiplier for my, Kaen Elihim Enova, and her, Ellie Enova's Spirit Creation."
[Equal exchange. Exchange accepted. Law Proposal accepted. Law has been established.]
The Universal Law has answered. Only Elihim, a Law Supreme could do such a thing.
Ellie looked at Elihim and was unable to comprehend what he was muttering. But upon seeing his signal, she raised her hand and tried to focus.
[Spirit Creation]
Using the Spirit to control nature and using Creation to create it. A simple concept but a high skill proficiency in both stages are needed to combine these two. At such a young age of seven. Ellie was able to do as such.
But to her surprise, the storm she created covered the horizon.
Even Elihim's eyes widened.
"Law Proposal! Use half of the remaining multiplier as the Exchange. Instead of Spirit Creation, I, Kaen Elihim Enova, will use Spirit Destruction!"
[Unequal exchange. Exchange should be reduced to a tenth.]
"Reduce it to a tenth."
[Equal exchange. Exchange accepted. Law Proposal accepted. Law has been established.]
Elihim immediately said as the wind had fiercely blown and a flash flood had covered the white beach. Ear-piercing thunderstorms covered everything in their surroundings. Ellie trembled from her own creation.
Trees were uprooted and mountains were being reduced to half. The pair of siblings did not escape the fate of being blown away like small ants. Tornadoes have formed everywhere and the screams of the remaining Shorepeople couldn't be heard.
Ellie cried and shrieked by the sound of the wind along with the thunderstorms were covering her voice.
"Use your Puppeteering to shield us from the wind!"
Elihim shouted near to her ear and she complied with haste. Their plan was to create the storm slowly but the second Ellie focused, she had created this abomination that can cover Reland, destroying even the Death Palace.
She was confused but that was not enough to get to her. Ellie glanced at Elihim and her faith was able to compose her.
As long as I'm with Elihi, nothing bad would happen!
That thought was strong and she was able to form a force field from Puppeteering, bringing them down.
"Bring us up."
Elihim didn't shout this time as they blocked the wind, they could hear each other. Ellie nodded and both of them were able to float up. Since Ellie haven't used all her energy to create the storm, she still had a lot of energy to spare.
'What kind of multiplier is this!?'
Elihim was so shocked not because of the storm. But he will have to think about that later. If Ellie could stay compose, how could he not?
[Spirit Destruction]
