This time he was welcomed by a beautiful girl.
She was wearing a beautiful satin dress. A look at her puzzled him.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"I'm your guide," she replied.
"But my guide was a ball of light. What happened? Was it fired?" he asked.
"What nonsense are you talking about? I'm the same guide from yesterday.
I changed my form for two reasons:
1) I thought you would feel more comfortable by talking to me in this form.
2) I thought you would be more obedient and ask fewer questions if I took this form.
"Now, tell me how I look?" she asked.
"You look beautiful," he replied.
"Well thank you. Now let's start with today's practice. Today, the thirtieth user of perfect mimicry will be teaching you some of her techniques," she said and led him towards the thirtieth user's consciousness.
As soon as he touched the thirtieth user's body, he got absorbed into her consciousness.
There he witnessed her past and her techniques. After a few hours of witnessing her techniques, he was pulled out of her consciousness.
"Hey, what's going on?" Kayden asked annoyed.
"That was all for today. Now that you have witnessed some of her techniques, try to remember them and try to use those techniques of hers. Her quirk is to grow and shrink. Try imagining those abilities. Think of the quirk as yours and try to shrink," she guided him in training the quirk.
He did as he was told.
At the beginning he tried imagining himself shrinking and within a few moments when he opened his eyes, he saw a giant standing in front of him. It was the guide.
Did she just grow into a giant? He thought.
But then he realised that it was him who had shrunk. The guide bent down and looked at him.
"Congratulations! You have succeeded in using the thirtieth user's quirk. Now, just like how you shrunk, try becoming a giant," she said.
Even though the guide was huge, her voice wasn't loud at all.
It was like how she normally used to sound.
He then imagined himself growing large and in a few moments he had grown back to his normal height.
"Hey, even though you were a giant, why wasn't your voice louder than normal?" he asked.
"That's because I adjusted my voice according to the atmosphere. Imagine what would have happened if my voice had been too loud. Your eardrums would have probably burst out. And hence, to avoid that from happening, I had to reduce the loudness of my voice," she explained.
"Yeah, you are right," he agreed.
"Ok now, if you are done with the questions, it's time to go back," she said.
Before she was going to send him back, he asked, "Hey, wait. What should I address you as?"
"Call me Hannah," she said.
"Well then, see you tomorrow, Hannah," he said.
After saying this he vanished from the dream space and his consciousness returned to his body.
The next morning he woke up, got refreshed and went down for breakfast.
"Ah, what's this pleasant smell? It's so good," Kayden appreciated.
"Hello, Good Morning," an unfamiliar voice spoke.
"Good Morning, you are?" he asked.
"I am your new classmate. My name is Jenifer," said the girl.
"Hello, I'm Kayden," he replied.
"Hello Kayden, Good Morning," another voice spoke to him.
But this voice was familiar for him.
He looked at the direction the voice was coming from. It was Emily.
"Emily, you know how to cook?" he asked.
"No, I don't. I'm learning from Jenifer," Emily replied.
"So you made a new friend?" he asked.
She replied in affirmative.
Soon all of the students had woken up and come down.
They had their breakfast and thanked Jenifer for the breakfast.
They all headed to their respective rooms, got dressed and ran off to their classroom.
Their classroom was quite huge as well.
Kayden chose the seat beside the window. The seat beside the window has always been his favourite.
Emily sat beside him and Simon sat behind him.
They were all chit-chatting when suddenly a dark figure entered the room.
He stood beside the teachers' table and introduced himself, "Hello students of Class A, I am Stephen. I'm your homeroom teacher. You may also know me as Hawkeye. I want the classroom to be disciplined. Now let's start today's class."
"But sir, isn't there an opening ceremony," someone asked.
"There are no such useless programs in the Mutant Hero Academy. There are so many dangerous criminals running around the world. We need as many heroes as possible. So instead of wasting time in such useless programs, we should spend more time training," Professor Hawkeye replied.
Everyone was satisfied with the answer Professor Hawkeye gave.
They didn't dare to doubt the academy's decisions anymore.
"Ok, for today's class, you students will be introducing yourselves and introducing your quirks," he said.
The class started with the students introducing themselves and their quirks one by one.
It began with Mineta, who has the sticky ball quirk, Shion, who has the invisibility quirk, Emily – Telekinesis, Simon – Electricity, Jihan – My Area, Raymond – Jelly, Rihana – Acid Control, Freya – Sound Manipulation, Lily – Antigravity, Jake – Speed Engine, Gia – Creation, Shelly – Dragon, Ted – Tech Manipulation, Henry – Laser, Jenifer - Clairvoyance.
It was finally Kayden's turn to introduce himself.
He went ahead and stood in front of the class.
He said, "Hello, I'm Kayden Brock. My quirk is Perfect Mimicry. I can imitate any of the quirks or attacks that I've seen in my entire life," he began introducing himself.
When he was almost done introducing himself, suddenly, loud sounds of a helicopter were heard in the campus.
The helicopter landed on the helipad in the ground.
A tall and beautiful girl exited the helicopter and walked towards the academy building.
A butler came in front of her and bowed to her.
