Eyes were fixed on what lies outside the windows. When the carriage passed through the gates, Thana looked back behind them and finally noticed that the palace is located near the mountains which explain the river that goes across the entire land of the palace.
The walls were so high and guarded, that no one could ever go across it undetected. Anyone who tries can easily be spotted and caught. They'd be executed right there for the guards were heavily equipped with weapons of all sorts.
That was all Thana saw before they went down a steep road. They were quite high up, and the outside was more trees than one can imagine. The kingdom is abundant with forestland, and Thana finds this beautiful.
