Szeina was waiting for Yvann to say something else. Her heart was hammering against her chest with the intensity of his gaze. However, before any of them could say anything, a strong wind blew past.
The two of them covered their eyes, shielding it from the small dust that came with the gush.
"What the hell." Yvann muttered, voicing out what Szeina was thinking. She had the same thoughts, but he beat her in saying it.
The night was still to be over and they barely made it to the new encampment. Yet, there they were, another potential enemy causing havoc or merely wanted to say hi.
Szeina couldn't decide which was even worse. Either way, their unwelcome intrusion was a nuisance. If this didn't prove it to be one, she didn't know what.
"Szeina! Yvann!" Hunter called out.
She knew Hunter needed some sort of response, but as the wind got stronger, she could not open her mouth and had to double the cover on her face.
