The two continued to walk when the crystal vibrated a bit stronger than the last. Since Urie already expected it, the same 'almost' accident didn't happen again.
"I think the vibrations mean something?" Urie thought as he gripped it when Eop suddenly barked and looked ahead.
"What's wrong? Is there some kind of danger?" Arie nervously asked, but Urie replied with a shake of his head.
"I think it's not a danger! Eop is wagging his tail so it might be something good!" He informed his younger brother as they walked further and just a few steps from where they were, Eop's flames lit a tunnel like at a wall and the crystal vibrated once again.
"That's probably the tunnel on the way down the place where Cremorgon was!" They immediately entered the tunnel and went deep as the tunnel forked into two.
"Where should we proceed?" Arie asked.
Urie shrugged his shoulders as he held out the crystal and pointed it towards the ways.
He pointed it towards the left passage, and nothing happened. He pointed it towards the right passage and the crystal vibrated. When he tried it a couple of times, the same results were happening.
"The crystal really will lead us towards Cremorgon! I wonder why those people didn't think about this way before?" Urie said his thoughts out loud, which was heard by his brother.
"They probably have the same reason as the people from Aqfrost Town! They worship this crystal as an artifact from God!" Arie concluded.
"So… They don't want to touch it because it's sacred for them? Reasonable enough!" Urie shrugged his shoulders as they went through the tunnel where the crystal vibrated stronger.
As they kept on walking deeper inside the tunnels, the temperature was rising at a constant, but they couldn't feel the heat because of the gears that they wore, regulating their body temperature.
Urie kept on repeating the same method of finding the right tunnel as they headed deeper.
As they progressed deeper inside the tunnels, the more forked paths they encountered made them lose the initial speed of their progress. That took a lot of their time.
The intensity of vibrations were almost unrecognisable the deeper they went because it just kept getting intense that the changes weren't comprehensible anymore, so they took a lot of time to analyze the changes and proceed than to aimlessly enter a tunnel and waste a lot of time going back when it's a wrong path.
They continued their pace slower as they went deeper inside the series of tunnels.
"Brother? Is it just me? Or I can feel the heat of the surroundings despite wearing thermal regulating gear?" Arie asked as he reached out his hand, trying to feel the air.
"I think you're right? Maybe we're close to our destination?" Urie concluded as they continued.
At the end of the tunnel, they saw a large chamber filled with holes leading in different directions.
The crystal suddenly shook hard as it flew away from Urie's arms as it shot towards a specific hole in the chamber.
"Hurry, follow it before we lose it!" Urie shouted as they ran towards the hole and followed the crystal.
As they went deeper inside the hole, a bright reddish light welcomed them two as they saw the crystal floating above a large crystal of the same color in the middle of a burning lake.
"Is this the center of this world?" Arie asked out of nowhere, while mesmerizing the beauty and brilliance of the surroundings.
"No, we're not even half-way through!" A mysterious deep voice echoed behind them as the sound of notification rang inside Urie's head and an interface popped up in front of him.
[System]
[New language acquired!
Pneumaic Language: 100%]
"Pneumaic Language? What's this?" Urie asked in his thoughts as he tapped the Pneumaic Language and another interface popped out.
[Pneumaic Language
An ancient language used by the Primordial Spirits that was created alongside the world. It came from the word Pneuma, means "breath" or "spirit"]
"I see!" Urie nodded his head as he felt a tugging in his shirt.
"Brother? What's that loud grumbling sound?" Arie anxiously asked as he kept on nervously tugging his brother's shirt.
"What's your purpose in coming to my domain?" The voice asked once again, but in a different direction.
"There it is again! Brother! I'm scared!" Arie said as he scotched behind his brother.
"Oh yeah! You became scared of deep voices when you got home from being abducted when you were just 6." Urie patted his brother's head as he looked around, finding the source of the voice.
"Don't remind me of that horrible experience!" Arie scaredly said as his eyes became teary.
"Whoever you are, we came here for a purpose to restore that crystal that was floating on that big one!" Urie shouted and pointed towards the crystals at the center.
"Very well! Come!" the voice called, and a path made of rock emerged from the lake as a bridge towards the center, which is a tiny islet in the middle.
They crossed the bridge and stepped on the islet as they roamed around the crystal when the flames on the lake suddenly churned and gathered at a single spot in front of the crystal and formed into some kind of entity made of flames.
"Welcome to the Flaming Chamber! I am Cremorgon, the Primordial Spirit of Fire!" The flaming entity introduced as it waved its hand towards Arie as soft and warm flames covered him and his fright suddenly vanished.
A ring echoed inside Urie's mind as the quest interface appeared in front of him once again.

"I apologize for scaring you, young man!" It added as it floated towards the crystal and took the Embers of Life, which is the smaller crystal, and looked at it.
