Through the memories Thomas got from that perverted demon lord, he confirmed the demon realm indeed had a special method of identification.
Stopping at the body of the demon lord, Thomas searched his clothes and picked a tiny object. It was transparent and looked like a mere piece of glass yet he knew this was exactly what he was looking for.
"So this is a Sin Shard. A mortal grade 6 artifact and they use it to identify all the demons within the demon domain. I must see how this works." By tapping the shard with his energy, Thomas immediately felt a sense of rejection right before cracks began to appear on the surface of the artifact.
Almost immediately Thomas recognized the problem and sighed to himself. Then looking at the now damaged shard, he thought out loud. "Oh, no. I should have guessed Divinity is not a good choice for this. I may have to try that instead."
Knowing his divinity would only cause further problems, Thomas retracted all of it into his body while his mind went over to the crystalline heart and felt it slowly start to beat like an old engine that's turned on for the first time in decades.
Thump.....Thump...Thump Thump
Very quickly, an crystalline water run through all the energy pathways, making the way from his heart to the rest of his body in a matter of ten seconds.
The fluid energy making it course throughout his body then began to heat up, and release intense vapor that escaped from his every pore.
A couple minutes later, the burning water was gone and replaced by a gray cloud that covered every part of Thomas' body.
The energy Thomas brought forth from his heart wasn't the formidable sin force though. Instead it was just a sliver of demonic energy, one that's very very pure and devoid of any attributes and elemental affinities.
In fact, this energy was the same one all the gray demons, the lowest of all demons has.
"This should be enough." Thomas then stopped extracting more demonic energy from his heart and tried to scan the artifact with his demonic energy.
Sure enough, Thomas didn't feel any reaction this time and his mind was instantly transported to a large space covered in a mass of multi-colored clouds so big one could easily mistake it for a nebula.
Thomas kept staring at the clouds. "It's Sin Force. I believe I understand now."
Leaving the empty space, Thomas found himself holding a bloody red piece of glass that almost seemed to melt at his hand. When the youth gazed at the artifact, mind was invaded by a multitude of red threats filled with resentment, anger and hatred and together they tried to sway him.
If it was before he would have no way of resisting the influence of the crystal, but now not only wasn't one bit afraid, he also knew exactly what he was dealing with, "Wrath... So that is my sin."
After being corrupted by power of the Primordial Sin, becoming a demon, the aura of a sin instituted in that being seeping away at his very soul, waiting for the moment to swallow it whole and make it's host into a tool for chaos.
Right every since his demonization and the appearance of the baleful aura, it was all red. The color that represented Wrath of the seven sins.
That was before, now even at his current situation, Thomas mind was completely unaffected. Upon analyzing the now changed crystal, he was even more sure of his assumptions and put all his focus into his right chest where lies his heart of sin.
Right now, he was had a good guess about the artifact and moved against the crystal. By controlling the sin force, Thomas wiped out all the spiritual aura of the demon lord and then replaced with his own.
In the end, It was very easy procedure that took him less than a hour. When it ended, Thomas touched and saw a the information stored in it.
[Erak'von]
Planet of Origin: Ikan Vask
Age: ??
Demon Lord of the Vonlat Clan]
Sure enough, he had just stolen the dead demon lord's identity and made it his own.
Now he knew it worked, Thomas went down the stairs and soon returned with a second sin shard that belonged to the second in command of the clan that happened to be the Erak's sibling. He took it so it could become Lulu's intensity.
After Thomas was done with all the cleaning, he took off towards the Lulu's aura. From the direction, he knew she had gone to the only big village in all of the planet, the White Dew Village located right at the entrance of the white lands.
Attaching demon energy to his feet to increase his speed, Thomas dashed to the ound the location of the village. Sure enough, there were no traces of any hidden experts in here. As he approached, his clothes which were made of a special material that should get burnt nor frozen got a thin layer of ice over them seconds after he walked into storm.
"What's with this cold?" Thomas was a little surprised how cold it was, to be able to form a thin layer of ice on his new clothes showed how formidable it is.
It's something his body would never be able to resist without his current constitution, no, Thomas believed no human would survive in this cold.
"I'm glad the Village is not too far away." The level of cold at the border of the icy plains were not that bad so Thomas didn't waste time and followed towards a white tower in the distance.
Thomas recalled what he learned of the White Dew Village from Erak's memory. Located in the border of the icy plains, the tower is the force changed of managing the planet for the South Dominion. It's members mostly lived in the White Dew Village under the tower.
This village was the largest assignment of demons in the entire planet. The village was also where they train agents that would later travel to distant places in order to register any demon that's born in the planet.
With his feet moving a hundred meters for each step he took, Thomas swiftly approached the village. The problem was that as he got closer, he noticed hundreds of hostile energies originating from the depths of the white lands, speeding towards the same directions of the village.
Strange white creatures, all very tall with the smallest being fifteen meter tall all rampaged towards the village with a force of other five hundred.
