Chapter 14 The Japanese Are Here

"This is the one billion you asked for!"

Takeshi presented a black bank card respectfully.

Tokugawa saw the card in Takeshi's hand. The black card of the Swiss Bank would not be found out by any organization.

In just one day, Takeshi had already prepared the money.

One billion dollars was not a small amount.

Tokugawa had underestimated Takeshi's strength. He did not expect Takeshi could prepare the money so quickly.

And there was no bargaining.

It seemed that this information was very useful to Takeshi.

Now, Tokugawa also felt a little regret. He should've asked for more money.

But he couldn't ask more money now. He had already set the price. If he continued to raise the price, Takeshi would think him very insincere and have suspicion and disgust against him.

Then his life might not be guaranteed.

He knew how strong Takehi's background was.

After all, he was also in the Takehi's territory.

He was very clear about the consequences of raising the price.

Tokugawa betrayed the Five Eyes Alliance, which meant that the organization would do its best to hunt down him.

But for money, Tokugawa would give up anything.

One billion dollars. That wasn't a small amount of money.

An ordinary person would never be able to earn such a huge fortune in their entire life.

With this amount of money, Tokugawa could do anything and hide in any corner of the world.

He could be in the corner that even the Five Eyes Alliance could not find. After all, they were just a group of people.

He could hide in a place where there was no internet or human habitation.

After thinking for a moment, Tokugawa took the black card from Takeshi's hand.

This was an anonymous black card. Once he had it, he could get cash from all over the world.

Tokugawa used his phone to check with the Swiss Bank. After confirming that there was no problem with the money and it was already in his account.

They smiled in unison.

"Since the money has arrived, what about the things we want?"

Tokugawa looked at the black card in his hand and nodded with satisfaction.

He took out a black tube from his pocket.

He opened the tube and carefully took out a piece of paper from it.

It was a draft paper, densely filled with numbers and formulas.

Takeshi carefully looked at the manuscript and studied it, but he couldn't understand what was written on the paper.

To this layman, it was just some distorted mathematical symbols.

The meaning was too profound.

Even if the top scientists of the world gathered together, they might not be able to research it, let alone someone like Takeshi who had no scientific knowledge.

"Tokugawa, what is this?"

Takeshi looked at it for a long time and asked Tokugawa.

Tokugawa actually couldn't understand it either, but he knew this thing was highly protected by the Five Eyes Alliance.

He had also risked his life to get this thing.

Because once he took this thing out of the base, it would mean that he had betrayed the organization.

"Takeshi, this is something that the government is doing its utmost to protect. Although I don't know what it is, it doesn't affect its importance at all."

Tokugawa saw that Takeshi was still frowning. He suddenly laughed and patted Takeshi's shoulder, "We have been friends for so many years. You know how much risk I took to come here. I won't take my life as a joke. You have to believe me."

"This thing might be some scientific data. It should be extremely important scientific research. As long as you give it to a specialized scientist, you will understand. With your strength, it's easy for you to find a scientist, right?"

Hearing Tokugawa's words, Takeshi nodded and continued asking, "Then, do you know who wrote this thing?"

Tokugawa shook his head, "I don't know who he is either, because his level of secrecy is too high. Even my superior doesn't know who this person is. He only knows that this is a top-secret plan, and his level of protection is even higher than the president's."

"If you want to know, you can follow the clues in this manuscript to find some other clues. I only know that the person is in Goethe City."

Hearing Tokugawa's explanation, Takeshi also laughed.

"I didn't misjudge you, Tokugawa. We will be friends for life. If you encounter any difficulties, just come to me. As long as I can help you, I will."

They hugged each other excitedly. Although they didn't say these words sincerely, to complete such a huge deal, they needed to posture.

Tokugawa also hugged Takeshi naturally.

"Bang!"

Suddenly, a dull thud came from them.

Takeshi walked away from Tokugawa.

Looking at Takeshi's diabolic smile, Tokugawa still did not understand what was going on until he saw blood flowing out of his abdomen.

He slowly lowered his head to look.

At this moment, his abdomen was covered in blood, and the blood dripped onto the ground from the corner of his clothes.

"You... you... why did you do this?"

Tokugawa looked at Takeshi angrily. His face was incomparably irate. He wanted to roar, but he did not have the strength to do so.

"Goodbye, Tokugawa."

After saying that, Takeshi bowed deeply to Tokugawa. This seemed to be some kind of etiquette.

Tokugawa finally couldn't hold on any longer and fell to the ground.

Blood flowed out of his mouth. He stared at Tokugawa with his wide-open eyes. He couldn't die in peace, but there was no chance for him to take his revenge. In the end, he stopped breathing.

Takeshi approached Tokugawa's corpse, bent down and took the black card in Tokugawa's hand.

And there was a silenced pistol in his hand.

Then, four men in suits walked over and carried Tokugawa's corpse out together.

The phone in Tokugawa's pocket rang.

Someone was calling him, but the owner of the phone was already dead.

So it was destined that no one would pick up the phone.

No one cared.

After the four people carried the body away, Takeshi was still looking at the manuscript Tokugawa gave him.

He hurried out of the house, got into a car, and set off.
