Chapter 1 - A Truth - An Introduction

The generation has hit hard on us millennials,

Ever since technology has taken over we've strayed further away from ourselves.

To the point where we don't understand ourself but expect others to understand us and solve the problems for us.

The world used to be a place where faith thrived as a light at the end of a tunnel for most men who saw things beyond fear

but now expectations have taken over our lives which directly lead us into tunnel where we weren't supposed to enter in the first place.

We are depressed, anxious, angry because we've been attracted to materialistic needs for far too long that there has never been a moment of peace in our minds. Materialistic needs often bring us temporary pleasure while the cravings of our soul is to understand ourself as a whole this is the only thing which would bring us happiness. Loving ourself, accepting ourself, improving ourselves everyday. We often look at others and wish we were like them, how come they have the things I don't? Why is that person so beautiful and I'm not. We always think they are special in our minds but we're not it's because this education never taught us to accept ourself, it always focused on the perfect people which in this case is impossible there's no being perfect but it does not mean there's no room to improve. But in order to do so we must make a step towards achieving the soul's craving, You may not understand a few things and that's okay because they must not be understood in the first place. The only way to be at peace is to truly accept and understand yourself.

It has always been easy to blame the society that they always are the first one's to put you down but when you find yourself leading into the wrong direction remember why you started to take the path to bring you back on track.
