Rei was violently coughing now. It was clear that some water might've went down the wrong pipe as he was talking to Xeo in order to get him to stop.
Rei had a soft but also strong voice, Xeo was on the colder and more snarky side, however Lume was soft but also a bit shaky and unsure with his voice.
Lume threw up his hands in between Rei and Xeo.
Lume: X-X-Xeo, I think it's time to stop now. Rei's coughing and we're not having fun like we were before.
Xeo: Heh, who says we're not having any fun? The only one not having fun is that sore loser Rei, look at him, he's obviously putting up a performance.
COUGH COUGH WHEEEZE
Rei: Xeo stop, not everything is a competition.
STOP I CAN'T BREATHE.
Xeo didn't care as he kept going and going until Rei finally decided to make a move.
Rei planted his tiny feet in the soil of the lake and tried his best to launch himself towards Xeo. Rei finally got close enough and used his hands to push Xeo off balance. It wasn't too hard but it wasn't very light either. Xeo lost his footing and balance, he fell on his bottom in the lake. He wasn't hurt at all, at least physically that is. Emotionally, Xeo was pissed.
Xeo: Hey what the hell was that for! I thought you couldn't breathe, is that something someone who couldn't breathe would do??? See Lume, he was faking it all just so he could push me into the lake.
Rei was still violently coughing, and he managed to get most of the water out, or maybe even all of it. Rei wiped the water from his eyes and opened them, he looked straight at Xeo, his gaze was piercing.
Rei: Why do you always do this kind of stuff? You act like everyone around you agrees with you, you use Lume all the time when you talk. You always say "we", but have you ever even asked what someone else truly thinks? Do you only care about yourself? Huh?
