Gerax whose running away from the beast, couldn't help but be frustrated. He thought that the battle was over but was suddenly overturned.
With the beast sending flame blasts, it is only a matter of time before the whole Blood Warriors gets annihilated.
He tried to attack the beast multiple times, but with high heat emitting from it, he could only stay there for a limited time. None can also inflict the same damage as him.
'Should I implement the Plan?' he thought. Shaking his head, 'No, it is too soon. Do I have a choice?'
Suddenly, his perception is telling him that someone was coming to him.
"Gerax!"
He found out it was Zane, the same guy who told him to attack the knees. The same guy who shot the arrows. A while back, when they were attacking the beast, he looked back at Zane, but he found out that he was convulsing on the ground. He thought he had died.
"You are alive!" Seeing Zane getting close to him.
"Yes! How are you? Nice weather we have today," Zane casually greeting Gerax.
Gerax was taken aback, his face couldn't help but contort 'What the heck is wrong with this guy? You still have the time to see the weather?'
Seeing that Gerax wasn't in the mood to joke around, he completely got focused and said, " I have a way to stun the beast.... and... possibly kill it. POSSIBLY." He emphasized the last part.
When he heard it, he stopped running and looked Zane in the eye. Then, he spoke, "What do you need?"
It was Zane's turn to be surprised; he did not even doubt his words. Without hesitating, he said, "I need to shoot my arrows."
Gerax knew what he meant, "Anything else?"
"That is all on my part. But I suggest everyone do their part."
"Got it. Wait for my signal."
He turned around and left one last look at Zane before running towards the beast.

Upon spotting Gerax, the Blazing Tusk Mammoth erupted in fury. Within its mind, Gerax was the culprit behind the wounded hind leg and the mysterious assault on its left eye. The creature proceeded to unleash a barrage of Flame Blasts towards Gerax, intent on obliterating him once and for all.
However, the Flame Blasts failed to match Gerax's swiftness; he proved far too agile to be hit. The mammoth's only chance of landing a blow on Gerax lay in employing its trunks, swatting at him like a mere fly.
Both man and beast locked eyes, united by a singular objective: "KILL." Witnessing this, the arena's spectators rose to their feet, unwilling to miss the spectacle of a man standing defiantly against a monstrous beast. Despite the slaves' degradation, in their hearts, this moment epitomized courage.
A few nobles couldn't resist commenting.
"It's suicide!"
"He lost his mind!"
"This is the end of Gerax! Look, everyone!"
---
When Gerax got close to the beast, he knew the beast was also targeting him. He smiled, "That's it! Come after me."
The Mammoth raised its flaming trunks in the air, and with breakneck speed, it smashed where Gerax was at.
Before Gerax was hit, he used his "Speed Burst." This time around, his speed tripled. In the blink of an eye, he appeared almost instantaneously in front of the Mammoth.
Raising his two swords, he tried to aim at its remaining left eye. However, sensing the danger, the Blazing Tusk Mammoth used all of its strength to whip back its trunk to protect its remaining eye. It was successful.
Gerax did not let go of the opportunity and jumped on top of the Mammoth's head and stab it. In just a few seconds, the blazing heat slowly burned his skin.
Like a two large needle stabbed into the Mammoth's head, it grew angry and forcefully used its trunks once again. However, this time Gerax wasn't able to completely block the fast trunk. Gerax was sent flying a few meters away. He felt some of his bones were crushed and he is bleeding profusely.
The Blazing Tusk Mammoth saw that it hit Gerax. It was happy and unconsciously lowered its guard on its eye.
Then, a sharp whistling sound tore through the air and went straight to its other eye, completely blinding it.
Another three arrows flew towards it.
The Blazing Tusk Mammoth felt the stabbing pains. It made a deafening trumpet sound and started thrashing around the arena. Soon, it fell to the ground. Furthermore, its body started stiffening as the effects paralysis was now in effect.
The cage-like shackle and the blindness made the beast feel scared. It wanted to run away. However, it can't move any of its limbs.
"KILL IT!" Gerax roared!
The Blood Warriors realized that this was the only remaining chance if they wanted to survive the horror. They attacked the beast without holding anything. The others went for the eyes, then some towards its mouth, and the others on its wounded leg.
Above the arena, the Blood Warriors were like ants slowly devouring an elephant. Little by little they stab a hole and wound towards its vital areas. The regeneration couldn't keep up with the inflicted damages.
Meanwhile, Zane wasn't as well idle. He sent all of his 50 lesser paralyzing and 20 lesser poisonous arrows. Although those are lesser effects, accumulation of these effects can also cause almost as the same as the greater ones.
After a few minutes, Gerax managed to recover. His other hand was broken, so he slowly hacked at the Mammoth's neck with his remaining hand.
The Blazing Tusk Mammoth's constitution fought hard to regenerate its wound. Unfortunately, the poison's effects impeded its recovery. Moreover, the poison had already begun affecting its heart and brain.
The whole arena was shocked by this. It is like the Blood Warriors down below were butchering a pig.
Bleeding profusely, the Blazing Tusk Mammoth emitted a series of trumpet-like sounds. Yet, the sound was markedly different—a wail, more than anything else.
Upon hearing this, Zane was taken aback. The sound resembled that of a lost child beseeching its mother for aid.
Suddenly, Zane heard a familiar voice.
"DON'T STOP ATTACKING! Kill it before it does something again!" It was Old Gramps laughing madly.
Others also started joining, even Gerax couldn't help but give a stab again.
"KILL IT!"
"KILL IT!"
After a few minutes, he heard the sound of the system.
"DING! LEVEL UP!"
"DING! LEVEL UP!"
When he heard the level ups, 'Oh, not again, Fuc...'
His body started twitching uncontrollably, not only that, but he was also feeling being drowned in water and had a constant splitting headache. He couldn't help but passed out.
