I stepped out of the carriage and saw that Lavani was waiting for me. I approached her.
"Looks like I've made you wait for too long. Let's go to my office now"
Lavani only nodded and followed me after. I signed the maids to prepare my bath after I talked to Lavani.

While Lavani took a seat, I took off my coat. I then sat right in front of her.
"Are you sure you want to hear about your parents?"

I shrugged my hair.
"Fine….your parents, are Itina, The Necromancer, and the Priestess from demonkin"

Lavani then touched the sword, hesitating.

She took her hands off instantly. Her face was full of doubt, and shocked by the fact.

She told her people to take you away so that your life will be safe. You know about the people who raised you, yes?"

I stood up and looked at the night sky.

Itina's diary. Itina, who already knew that she was about to be killed, went to a dungeon protected by her husband, the Priestess. Though, she was angry hearing that, she chose to followed Itina's plan, faking her death. Before she started her plan, she wrote everything she knew about dark elements, necromancy, and anything related to mana to her diary.
It was successful. The Priestess told the King that she intended to take her as her wife. He promised her that he won't touch her family. However, the Demon King broke his promise and went to assassinate Lavani. The Priestess can't do much because the Demon Commanders always watch her movements.
"Oh, by the way. Do you want to perform Mana Sync with that sword?"
*(Shocked)
"What are you thinking?! You already did that with this sword, right? It's impossible to change the mana flow once you've done Mana Sync"
*(Flick)
"Done. Is there any more problem?"
With a flick of my fingers, the Mana Sync between me and Eleena Sword was gone. Compared to my power when I performed the Mana Sync for the first time, the current me can do almost anything related to mana. Of course, severing my mana flow would be easy now.
"But…I don't think I'm worthy wielding it"
I patted her shoulder.
"Everyone is worthy. If given the opportunity. I'll help you"
I then put both of my hands on her back to help Lavani perform Mana Sync.
"Let your mana move and follow mine. Don't lose your focus. I already casted a barrier so there won't be anyone outside that can't interfere"
Lavani nodded.
"Mana Sync!"
A huge amount of mana then bursted out of my body. I controlled all of them to engulf Lavani. Lavani followed by moving her mana to form a flow with the sword.
"Focus! This is the tough part!"
Lavani successfully guided my mana into her core.
"Find the thread, and pull it to your core. It'll hurt a lot so endure it!"
"Got it!"
Blood started splurging out of my mouth. I casted Recovery continuously. The process ended shorter than I expected. I let go of my hands and casted a soundproof barrier around Lavani.
"Haaaah…." I said, leaning on my shelf.
Not long after, the sword resonates its mana to Lavani's. When Lavani regained her consciousness, the sword was already in her hand.
"This is…Father"
"Yeah. Congratulation, Lavani"
Lavani shifted her gaze to me.

"No problem. I'm repaying my debt, after all. Well, now that our business is done, you should go back to your room. Hansa"
A maid suddenly appeared behind Lavani. Although Lavani was surprised a bit, she's trying to keep her usual composure.

Lavani and Hansa left my office. Just as I was about to fall, someone held me.

Zita appeared.
