20 years ago, a career was one thing and happiness was totally another thing for most people.
It wasn't rare to "work" , which accounted for most of their life, wasn't fun or rewarding at all.
Isn't it extreme ?
What should people expect from working?
Shouldn't we feel relieved or satisfied from working, which accounts for most of our time in life?
Because we can even call it our second home...
Misunderstanding in communication because of hierarchical relation...
Poor working conditions where you're not even allowed to say what you want.
Such friction might be the one that is making people recognize that work is "something we must do". But now, AI takes care of offering us the best suitable jobs, understanding our preferences. Those who have no talent or ability to work can be well trained by them.
