Chapter 19 - I am the Emperor.

News of the Heavenly Sword King's death, and the massacre of the righteous faction spread like wild fire. The various unaffiliated forces, minor and opposing forces were the first to make known their support to Won.

Even more shocking was that various men and women throughout the land fell to illness, even the King of the Swara Kingdom. From officials, to wives and husbands, to children and even sisters and brothers. Countless men and women died. Most shocking was that multiple of the victims were those with great influence or atleast importance. For example the Wife of the Rambling Merchant, a very powerful merchant who was becoming increasingly powerful in terms of politics. Some said he could make his own kingdom one day.

Many wondered why these people just suddenly caught the sickness while those who stayed with them 24/7 didn't die.

It was a great mystery.

...

On a street of a small town two old men were playing cards. The bald old man told the wrinkled old man, "Hey did you hear the Lord's adopted son apparently caught the sickness and died."

The wrinkled old man waved his hand, "Good riddance. That brat was bloody rotten. He took countless women and then threw them away, he is bloody scum. He beat Little Anne because she wouldn't go to bed with him. Bloody disgusting bastard. He deserved to die. Plus he was in bed with some nasty fellows and I heard that our farms were raided under his command! Ai, ever since the Lord picked the child from that wilderness after some witch saved him, this town has become hell. I would shake the hand of the fellow that who made this happen."

Just then a young boy with long black hair sat down and said, "Really elder? Then here shake my hand."

The two old men looked to see a brightly smiling young man.

The wrinkled fellow laughed, "Young fellow, you really are daring. Yet I advise you not to speak like that. Many have lost their family because of this disease, you may get hurt for saying that."

The young man blinked and said, "Family? Are you sure. Hm, well I suppose you can say they pretended to be so. Well anyway uncles I should go thank you for your compliments."

The young man walked a few steps and just then the ground began to tremble.

From the distance a great dark spot drew closer and closer.

Tens of thousands of soldiers all marched forward.

Once they got close enough those at the front kneeled, "We greet his Majesty the Wrathful King."

The entire army echoed and the skies rang with their respect.

Won said, "Well rest up. Tommorow we will arrive at the Empire. Let loose, but not too much."

With that Won dissapeared.

He couldn't just let things be, the enemy would learn his people were here and would prepare. Won's goal was to make their preparations useless.

As the moon rose brilliantly to the sky and great silver beams of light filled the world, a shadow could be seen drawing close to a building.

The shadow creeped inside the house, no sounds were made as if the wind itself had gained comprehension and begun it's tyranny.

The shadow snuck into the various corners and made his way into a bedroom.

A large hairy man, with wild hair was currently mounting a woman.

His violent grunts and her pleasurable moans echoed throughout the room.

The shadow shook it's head left and right and thought internally, "Is this the only thing people have to do. Whenever I sneak on people they are always doing this. Not like I can say anything although."

This shadow was obviously Won.

Won looked at the two enjoying the show for a moment and then sighed, "Thank you for teaching me. There's little innovation and books can teach. Here my gift as thanks."

A black flame left Won's hand and touched the man's head and penetrated into his soul.

The man trembled slightly, and then became all the more aggressive.

Won then left the house and appeared in the forest which faced the room.

Won took out a bow and arrow, he made sure to cover it in a floral scent and double checked it was a specific arrow.

Pulling the arrow back, Won smirked, "Oh how I love watching shows."

The arrow left his hands and flew across the air, whistling as it sped through the air.

It pierced the window and the sound of shriek and an aggressive roar shot outwards.

An Axe flew towards Won's location, shattering the window completely.

Yet the only thing the big man could see was a thin body and long black hair.

The big man looked at arrow which had stolen his ear, and nearly killed him.

The smell of Jasmine extremely potent, and the very small damaged and faded insignia of a Two headed fox, the arrow seemed very special.

The big man shattered the arrow in his hand.

The woman who had been mounted began to heal the man's head.

She asked, "Who was it?"

The man snorted, "Alexis. That bitch only she has such good archery, furthermore as much as she tries to hide it the smell of Jasmine is still strong. Furthermore these specific arrows are only used by her, she can't use any other. The weight, the size, even the length is exactly how she uses it. Furthermore I saw her black hair."

The woman asked, "Why would she do that?"

The man's eyes turned red in fury, as veins popped on his neck, "Why else she's obviously betrayed the Empire and joined the Wrathful Kingdom."

The woman said, "That dosent make sense."

The man roared, "What dosent make sense? She's a dirty whore who'd sleep with enemy just to survive! If I the great Andrew does not kill that bitch, then I'd be as worthless as trash!"

...

The Empire the strongest force belonging to the Humans. Built on the foundation of the 100 kingdoms, yet that didn't mean the Empire actually was weak. Although they could be somewhat inconvenienced with a Kingdom or two rebelling, they could atleast defend themselves against a large battle. Not only having had the Heavenly Sword King and the entire righteous faction under their control, they also had four great Generals.

The Southern General Micheal, a former bandit and a master of the Machete. He is known for his ruthless and cunning nature. The North General Ezekiel a noble who is known to very conservative and arrogant, a master of the spear. The East held Andrew a commoner who is known to have a inferiority complex due to his origins, a famous Axeman who has a body gifted by the God's with strength. The West had Alexis one of the concubines of the Emperor, and called the Queen of arrows, a nitpicking, arrogant woman who will kill for any form of humiliation she might suffer.

Although each a mentally volatile person, a crazy and unreliable character, they were all talented and when ordered would obey. They were a great resource groomed by the Empire, their power is recognized by all the Kingdoms and is only a step below the power of a King.

Yet in one night all four Generals, who are known for their power and capabilities were killed, and the most horrifying part was that they did it to themselves. The Generals who seemed as sturdy as great and tall walls, crumbled. Although many were shocked and thrown into despair, on the other hand many also understood. Such unlikable people were in power and this was bound to happen. Yet it was a huge upset as it was before an Important battle, and because they had received the inviolable Emperor's order. Yet the Generals who even if there were blood feuds, when commanded became as docile as dogs, neglected the Emperor's order and actually fought with such ferocity and malice they killed both themselves and their respective armies.

Two men were walking in the Capital Empire.

They were both scholars and officials.

One wearing a cyan robe said to the other, "Ai, it's a huge upset. Those bloody buffons really went and did it. Everyone knew they weren't in a harmonious relationship, yet to ignore the Emperor in the middle of war and go fight. Ai, bloody wastrels! We had so many competent youngster's, but because of those four bastards, our worthless arrogant princes and that God awful Emperor they all were either killed or chased off. I heard the brat Julian, you know who Mister Sam the head of finance personally took care of, he's become a great and powerful soldier in another Kingdom. I get a headache every morning thinking another day this sick and twisted Empire is throwing us closer and closer to annexation."

The other scholar wearing Red robes said, "Julian! You mean that little adorable boy who's girl was stolen by the prince, he assaulted the prince and was beaten and whipped and then thrown out! My god! Ai, my blood pressure is getting to high. I'll tell you if it wasn't to repay my parent's I would have long abandoned the Empire and gone to the Wrathful Kingdom to enjoy my retirement! The Unorthodox faction created something called a massage chair and it's supposed to be Heavenly! Furthermore the Valo Kingdom has incredible beaches!"

The cyan robed Scholar nodded and said, "Indeed, this Empire is too bloody worthless. It's so exclusive and conservative we'll never have anything good. Ai, you know atleast those four idiots should have left one of themselves alive. Even in Death they are worthless wastes of space."

The red robed scholar said, "Ai, you don't know. My brother in law told me that in fact Michael actually survived. You know he's a tricky fellow and everything. Yet when he had won, some other fellow came and killed him. No one saw him, but he's the bloody real winner."

Just then a man came running and shouting, "The Wrathful Kingdom has come! The Wrathful Kingdom has come."

The two scholars faced each other and let out bitter sighs.

They rubbed their necks. The red robed one asked, "Hey the King won't be like other conquerors and behead all the people of the previous Empire right?"

The Cyan robed man ignored the red robed one and said, "I wonder which side is my good angle for execution."

...

Men wearing armor, and releasing dense and powerful aura stormed into the capital.

One large banner was raised high into the sky for all to see.

It was a simple one, a green landscape being ravaged by yellow and red flames.

Atop a white horse was a simple dressed young man with long black hair, that flew in the wind.

A confident and slightly proud expression clearly upon his face with no efforts to hide it.

He slowly rode the horse to a large castle in the center of the city.

Won looked at the high Castle which seemed to even dare covet the sun.

Won looked behind and said, "Today we shall conquer the Empire, tommorow the Demonic faction, and then the Barbarian's! We shall never stop in our assault of this cruel world that seeks to devour us! This shitty world that treats us like ants and pawns, let it feel our wrath!"

The soldiers roared!

Won jumped off his horse and appeared in front of the tightly shut door.

He lifted his foot and kicked out, the doors shot open and made a screeching sound as they dragged across the floor smashing into the castle walls.

Won walked in with his hands behind his back.

Various guards appeared and drew their swords to slay the enemies, yet Won's army like moths to a flame came and killed hundreds of men instantly. Yet Won simply walked slowly towards the insides of the castle.

He didn't need to worry or bother of anything else. Why? Because he had worked so hard to make all this possible, that there could never be anything that could shine brighter than him, on this day.

Won was like a dazzling diamond that shone beautifully, it was coveted by all, but who was to know that diamond was a blood diamond that would wash the world in flames.

Won slowly entered the Emperor's castle.

He found the Emperor sitting at a table surrounded by his aides.

The Emperor eyed Won coldly, yet he couldn't hide the great fear he had toward this man.

Who in a matter of a few years managed to go from a small King into the greatest threat the Empire ever faced.

Won walked in and walked past the Emperor and his people, he sat down at the Throne at the top of the room. In an elevated position.

Won's feet crossed and he rested his head on his hand and his lips curled up.

"I am the Emperor."

It was as simple as checkmate, a few simple words that carried with it a great and indomitable power and aura.
