The next day, early in the morning I woke up to my mother shouting at Eva. I didn’t know what it was about so I didn’t even try to eavesdrop on the argument. Eva seemed very pissed at mum for some reason. I had never heard her talk to mother like that and it was quite shocking. I could hear Dad trying to jump into the argument to save both the ladies to go any further but it wasn’t helping much.
I sighed and got out of my bed. My sleep was already ruined so there was no point in slipping back under the duvet. I was planning on going to school early so I could eat something on the way because I hadn’t gone down to have lunch last night to show mum how pissed I was at her. Well, she didn’t even asked twice.
When I was all ready for school and was grabbing my wallet, my house keys and my phone, it beeped. Every time my phone had a notification my heart started pumping blood faster than before.
