Here I am, very exhausted and tired from getting lot wisps. But I'm glad since I got a lot of them and I mean a lot. I tried, but some trees burned down and in some places the ground are totally charred and the plants there are burned down, I'm a bit of feeling guilty for doing so many damages.
Btw the wisps I managed to get are staggering 100 wisps of Lightning element and they are all near only lightning tree here. They must be feeling comfortable near it, but nevertheless it's still very blinding because of the light they emit.

It's still raining btw and it's much worse, the river is threatening to flood down these entire forest, but I'm pretty sure that I will be able to catch some interesting water life. If you're asking if I'm laying down here while it's raining, then yes.
Last night caught the attentions of a lot of beasts and thus there's currently no animals nearby. I must've scared them away. Nevertheless it still sucks because I just planned to hunt wild animals and I also probably destroyed the balance here.

I begun sensing that something is amiss, the winds are still very very harsh and the trees threatening to uproot themselves,. but there's something else.
I sit up after yawning and looking at the surroun- omg
I hurriedly stand up at what I seen, the water from the mountains are rushing down and destroying everything.
"Ohhh shit! shit! shit!" I expected this, but I never expected that it will be this strong!
I hurriedly made stone walls on the side of the river, but I doubt that it will be strong enough!
It's also fast and the level of water is very high and I mean HIGH. There's no doubt that it can destroy a part of this place. Not that I care since I can just promote their growth, but i.... somehow want to protect this forest as if... something wants me to.
Racing with time, I continue sprinting and building walls, but the water is to fast, until.

With an outburst of speed, I run like a cat drunk on weeds. Soon enough I managed to build walls until a water fall which I nearly fell.

I'm just sitting here, doing nothing, I'm very lazy. I don't have to worry about the darkness since there are a lot of wisps here and honesty I swear their accumulated light can blind someone.
I just noticed something, it's harder to gain skill because of the skill that I have that automatically maximize my skill levels. Apparently the system will not give you skills that you don't need, I didn't gained a skill for concentration because of the level of Mana eyes, I didn't get any elemental skills because of the the Formless Magic thingy and its levels. Why give something to a person if that person already have it?
As I'm thinking, suddenly something crossed my mind...
.I still haven't done any research on the structures in those wisp because of my laziness.
"But I want to sleep" I lazily slumped down while drowning in laziness. Do you know the feeling of wanting to do something and then you can't do it because you're too lazy? that's exactly what I'm feeling now.

I shut down my eyes before she could reply.

I'm just smiling at her reply and soon I'm drifting into the see of dreams.

Still raining, huh?
I woke up from my deep slumber and it seems that the storm won't end sooner or later and now that I'm not lazy..... actually I still am, nevermind, I think I should get something to eat.
I just grab some random berries from a random bush planted in a random soil in a random place near a random tree.
" ._. sour!" There's only an explosion of sourness the moment I bit into it. But I can't waste it since I already bitten on it. Fuck.
I force myself to eat them and I don't think they taste any better than most fruits here.

There's nothing much to do today and I'm also very lazy.
I grabbed a random very and inject it with lots of Hmmm I have been using lightning Mana too often, let's try fire. And so I did.
After which the berry turned red with markings on it.
" What's this?" It's the same markings as the wisps. You'll probably call me idiot for not using Lese to get instant information, but there will be no excitement if I do so.
After observing it for more than a hour, I finally came with a suitable explanation.
It's fundamentaly the same as the wisps, but it's actually not. It's something like a talisman that imbue magical properties to a certain objects. It function like a gateway for the Mana and the object and making a normal object into a Mana compatible object. It allows the objrct to improve itself using Mana.
I also studied the one on the wisps in case I get lazy again and the one on the wisps function like a catalyst for wisps to use magics and gain natural affinities to elements.

Those are nice skills, but 'ahead of the required level'? Does that mean that I will get skills at some levels? Now that you mentioned levels, I'm just level 3 since I'm not killing anything.
/Yup, skills you can gain by reaching certain levels, levels can be gained by two ways.
Experience points and proficiency
Experience points are gained by killing
Proficiency points are gained by increasing your expertises or in short, by doing something multiple times
In your case, the proficiency system doesn't work on you because of your instant mastery skills and so you're stuck with experience system/

" Tf!?!?" I run around and summon a blob of water which then remove most of the spicy flavour, but there's still a bit sensation in my mouth.
Then I scrolled back on my skills which I realized something that I have been overlooking all this time.
Matter manipulation can change the shape of things and it can also affect non organic materials. That only means that I can make weapons and kitchen wears which will be incredibly helpful for everyone.
