*With Danzo*
"We managed to get the birth reports. 256 kids were born in the month of September. 25 confirmed potential targets for root."
"Good work. You may leave."
Danzo studied the sheet. As a person with twisted values and strong nationalism for his village, he always took everything into consideration. His organization, Root, had grown into a power house, causing him to have more influence over the village. It could be said that out of every 4 anbu black ops member, there was one Root member.
'Quite a plentiful harvest that I will have,' Danzo mused to himself. He also kept everything he did with a tight secret. He had contingency plans for contingency plans.
Another Root ninja flashed in. "Danzo sama, our plan of Uchiha hate is underway. We would like to commence stage 3. Do you give the affirmative?"
"No, not yet. It would be too soon. After all, Human emotion is very volatile. Wait for my command to commence."
"Understood Danzo sama."
'Stage three is not the final stage. It is when the Uchiha's are exterminated, then, I will finally achieve my goal of power.
*With Homura*
Ding: Congratulations on unlocking all your tenketsu points! Now it is time to work on real chakra control.
'What if my mom is a chakra sensor? What will we do then?' Homura asked, worriedly.
Ding: She is not actively monitoring our chakra. Unless your chakra gets dangerously low, then we should be fine. That's if she is a chakra sensor.
'So what are we going to do this time?' Homura asked.
Ding: Since we do not have any access to leaves, which would be a traditional form of training, we should instead work on forming chakra in ones hand, like the Resengan training Naruto did. It would serve as a foundation for jutsus, and it will teach you how to emit chakra. But instead of doing a lot of it, we will be doing a very small amount. Try to focus your chakra in your hand.
Homura did that.
Ding: Now try to expend the chakra, but keep it on your hand.
'Should we do something easier? That seems hard'
Ding: Just do it. You will see results.
*With Akira*
'Is this the life I wanted? Can I truly step away from being a ninja?' Akira thought.
'I've reaped so many lives, it's hard to forget it all. Why must there be wars? Why can't we just not kill each other?'
'Why can't we have peace? Is that so hard to achieve?'
'We need a deterrent, someone so powerful that the fighting will just end. And I'm going to make my son that deterrent. He's going to start training when he can.'
Akira was a Jonin that battled early in the Third Ninja War. Comrades and enemies alike shared one thing, they would eventually die. She saw the pointlessness of war, but still fought for her village. Every throat the she cut, or every comrade that she saw die, made her heart harden. She would often cry herself to sleep to forget about the pain of it all. Then suddenly one day, she left the battlefront. She was called back, for unknown reasons, to stay in the village until further notice. Akira saw the light at the end of the tunnel. She retired shortly after. Then she got married and settled down. But the pain of war never went away.
If Homura learnt of her situation, then perhaps he might be more motivated to train harder.
*In the Village Hidden in the Clouds*
"I heard the Leaf got attacked by their own beast."
"Really? They must be incompetent to not keep their jichuriki in check."
"We should crush them once and for all," another villager responded bitterly.
*In the Raikage's office*
"A, you have to move on from your fathers death. I'm sorry but your the Raikage now. You have to fulfill your duty."
"Yeah I know. Could you give me some space. I need to think."
A's mom soon left.
An old council member came in. "The leaf's battle prowess is half of what it used to be. If we set an alliance with the Stone..."
"We will not be fighting the leaf. We are already recovering from the last war and another war will make our villagers upset. We already raised taxes on them. We can't keep paying for this stuff."
The council member responded angrily, "You were nothing like your father. He would always do what was best for the village. That's why he sac-"
"GET OUT OF MY OFFICE NOW"
"Your a disgrace." As the council member was about to leave, he suddenly felt he couldn't breathe. He looked down and saw a hand around his neck.
"I'm not my father, I'm my self. And I believe a war is not what we need right now. If you could, get the fuck out of my office, or next time, I won't be as friendly."
The Raikage promptly set the council member down. "Someone please escort this man out of the building."
"Yes, Raikage sama"
