2 Months later
The armies of both Qohor and Norvos were on the move. They had a combined strength of 90k men with them, which is more than Greg has, but soon those number won't matter.
Pentos has brought more Mercenaries, increasing their army from 60k to 80k. The raven to Pentos will be sent once the armies of Qohor and Norvos get close enough.
As of now, already half of Greg's army was already on its way to the fortress that was in the forest near Qohor and so far nobody has found out what his plan is, so he should be able to execute the plan without problems. Many siege engines from his world were also built in the fortress, and many cannons were already built as well.
The armies of Qohor and Norvos were 4 days away from Braavos. They would have to pass a little inside Pentos land, which will more than likely alert the Prince of Pentos who will move his army out.
Greg was at Braavos in the Palace that the former Sea Lord used talking with Aleanna "So we should be able to beat them here and here" Said Greg pointing at the map of Essos
"Yes and once we leave for the fortress, Qohor is reported to have a small force left to defend it along with the city watch so taking it will be easy and once we're done with that then we can either take Norvos and then go back to Braavos or we can head back to Braavos" Said Aleanna
Greg had thought for a bit, and taking Norvos along the way would be beneficial and could reward him more system points that he could use to buy more soldiers. "We shall take Norvos along the way then head to Braavos and once we are done with Braavos Pentos shall be our next target, but we must be careful of the other free cities since they will not sit back and allow this to happen" Said Greg
Greg remembered the history of the Century of Blood where when Volantis wanted to expand to Tyrosh all the other free cities either rebelled or joined the alliance against Volantis, and he didn't want that to happen since no matter how powerful his army he can't fight on multiple fronts.
4 Days later
The Qohor and Norvos soldiers were just minutes away from Braavos as some ships could be seen approaching the Titan of Braavos.
The city was entirely empty as the last of Greg's soldiers left around an hour ago, leaving Braavos unguarded. The Raven to Pentos was never sent, since Greg had received word that the Pentos army was already on the move to Braavos.
While a Major battle was about to happen between the three free cities, Greg was in his fortress in the forest of Qohor preparing to move out to take Qohor.
The only soldiers he was missing were the 500 that were left as a distraction for the Qohor and Norvos armies, but they were on the way by boat and would arrive soon.
One by one, regiments of soldiers marched out of the forest and in front of Qohor. The City Guard have already closed the gates and alerted the small garrison of soldiers that were left in the city. Together with the city guard the total soldiers in Qohor was 3.5k which was not enough to hold off Greg's soldiers.
As the soldiers lined up in front of the city walls, the Elven Archers prepared to fire their bow, waiting for Greg's command.
Greg put his hand up, telling the Archers to not fire and lower their bows.
He then rode his horse up to the gate with a few guards to negotiate their surrender
"I am King Greg of Lorath here today to take Qohor since they have taken Armies to the door step of Braavos declaring war on me and I ask you the defending soldiers to lay down your arms and nobody needs to die today I promise that nobody will be harmed if you just open the gates" Said Greg
The Leader of the soldiers and the city Guard had come forth and looked down on the army that was in front of the city. He then looked left and right as his fellow soldiers who some were shaking and many looked nervous since they could see the armor of the enemy soldiers that looked very strong and the enemy were fully armored from head to toe.
Normally, the City Guard was made up of Unsullied, but the Unsullied were taken with the Qohor army to fight.
The leader of the soldiers Illiros Vollar didn't want to risk his men lives to fight an enemy which he knows he can't win against and plus he remembers Greg from when he was in the city and knows that he is true to his word, so he gave the command.
"Men, Lay down your arms" Said Illiros Vollar
The soldier all looked at him and reluctantly laid down their weapons, since none of them wanted to lose their lives today in a battle that couldn't be won. Some soldiers were glad that they weren't going to die today, but they didn't show it.
The Guards then opened the gates and watched as Greg's armies walked through the gate and into the city.
Greg walked up to Illiros Vollar and shook his hand,"You made the right choice sparing your men from a battle that they won't win a good judgment" Said Greg
"Sir if it okay with you would you keep the City Guard active" Asked Illiros Vollar
Greg looked at Illiros Vollar and thought that it was a reasonable request since he wouldn't stay here forever
"If you can guarantee their loyalty, then I will allow but one instance of treason and I will have all of you executed" Said Greg
"Yes sir, I guarantee their loyalty" Said Illiros Vollar
"Good, then the city guard shall continue being the city guard and I want you all to return to your duties" Said Greg
Illiros Vollar left to inform the other city guard members, who were glad that they could continue being the city guard.
Greg had continued on to the Magisters house, seizing their property and arresting them, throwing them in a cell.
Qohor was officially in Greg's hand, and he received his reward for doing so, but before he could accept it, a Dothraki army was seen approaching the city.
