Gavin nodded instantly; even though Aya has yet to say what her condition is. He could not breathe properly as Aya is standing too close to him. Gavin is trying his best to think of other things to calm down his warrior down there.
Aya giggled as she pushed Gavin lightly. "Hey, don't be like that you will get into trouble. You should ask first. You know, I am starting to question your street reputation. You don't seem like the hustler I was expecting." She shook her head in disappointment.
She tapped his back; "Anyway, my condition is that you do my laundry, fold them and then deliver them to me after." Aya bent down to pick up her hamper and hand it to Gavin and left him there.
Gavin was out of words; he just nodded and accepted everything Aya said. He slapped his head. For his actions, this is not how he is towards women before. "Did she put a hex on me?" Gavin muttered.
Aya peeked her head at the laundry area before she left. "Hey, after that, don't forget to bring them down to my store later, okay?"
He nodded without a word again."What the hell, I'm a feared gangster and now I am doing laundry for some woman I just met. Well, a lovely woman at that... So my she's an exemption." He smiled at the thought of Aya's perfect face and body. He opened the hatch of the washing machine to get his clothes. He dropped his towel to wear the freshly cleaned clothes; the only set of clothes he currently owns. He turned around when he heard a gasp behind him.
He quickly put on his underwear and pants when he realized it was Aya. She turned her back and was stuttering when she tried to talk. "I just... I just came back to say that make sure you separate colored clothes from whites." She raised her hand to bid goodbye and ran.
"This girl is really something. One moment she was seducing me, the second she sees me buck naked, she runs away. Tsk," Gavin chuckled as he sorts Aya's clothes. He lifts up a small black lacey cloth; "Is this, what I think it is?" Gavin thought for a moment before he felt his member awaken.
He continued with his task to take his mind off Aya and her sexy undergarments. Gavin did some stretching as his body still feels sore. He looked out the window and saw a nice car outside. A man in an expensive suit and a bouquet of red roses in his hands stepped off the car.
"Is that, Aya's boyfriend?" Gavin uttered under his breath as he felt a sudden pain in his chest, like they stabbed him with a sharp knife. "Dang! This girl! How can she really have this effect on me, ugh!" It frustrated Gavin on how Aya can make his body hard and his heart melt at the same time. Aya is the first woman that had such an effect on the virgin gangster.
Gavin shrugged his shoulders and spent his energy cleaning up the house. It felt like a light work out to ease the soreness of his body. A few minutes later, Dobbie wakes up to find Gavin doing the chores.
"Oh, Darling, you don't have to do that. You should rest up so you can recover faster." Dobbie said to Gavin in a sincere tone.
"Ah, it's okay. My body feels like it needs to do something to recover faster." Gavin said as he continued cleaning up the kitchen.
"Oh, how I wish Tyrone hears you right now. That guy is always sleepy, you know." Dobbie walked closer to the kitchen to help Gavin. "By the way, we have scheduled cleaners and today is mine, so thanks for helping me out then."
Gavin chuckled and answered him. "You are welcome, and thanks for letting me stay."
Dobbie giggled as he dropped the cloth he used to dry the plates Gavin just washed. "You know, I heard you are a gangster, but you talk too polite, for a gangster." He said it directly to Gavin's face.
"Aya, just said the exact same thing to me this morning." Gavin re affirmed that the people's perception of him is the same. "I don't talk rude to people or cuss casually. I am a criminal, but I don't do harm to innocent people. But if the situation calls for it, believe me this mouth is dirty as hell." Gavin clarified his stance to Dobbie.
The details stunned Dobbie, but it also made him admire Gavin. "So you are a hero to the less fortunate, like in the movies?" Dobbie tried his admiration by mocking Gavin.
Gavin shook his head. "I was living in the streets; I did not have time to watch movies. All I have are the books the old man from the bookstore used to lend me."
Dobbie nodded as he is admiring Gavin more and more as he gets to know him. "Hmm, I did not expect that at all. Maybe that's why the Mafia wants you." He said, as he continued with his chores.
"How do you know that?" Gavin asked Dobbie. He spoke as if he knew more than he shows Gavin.
Dobbie lifted his shirt and showed Gavin his torso. Gavin's eyes widened when he saw the same branding on his side.
"You were also a prey?" Gavin spontaneously asked Dobbie.
Dobbie nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we all are except for Aya. The same reason we came to Hudson." He was transparent with Gavin, like he trusted him fully despite of their brief conversation.
"So, that's why you took me in." Gavin finally understood why they opened their home to him. He then recalled about Danny. "How come Danny Monroe is allowed to go in here? I mean, they are not allowed to go in here right?" Gavin wanted a clarification; he wants to know where he stands so he can face Danny appropriately.
Dobbie pouted his lips, trying to figure out how to explain it correctly to Gavin. "Hmm, well; first, he is the one who made that rule. Let's just say he did for love." He giggled as he said those vague words.
"Tininin tinin"
That's the sound of the washing machine interrupted their chat. "That's my cue!" Gavin said as he went towards the laundry area. He took out Aya's clothes and folded them like her instructions earlier.
On his way out of the house, Dobbie called him. "Hey Darling, sit here first." He pointed out to the sofa.
It confused Gavin, as Dobbie has a makeup box on the table. He was hesitating to sit on the sofa as he is not a fan of cosmetics. But Dobbie pulled him down to sit.
"You look like a purple panda with that face. Sit still, I'm doing you a favor." Dobbie was stern in his tone.
Gavin just let him do his magic on his face. A few minutes later, Dobbie handed him a mirror.
"No s*it! How did you do that?" It amazed Gavin to see his face show no sign of the beating he just received.
"Concealer, baby." Dobbie winked at him before he pushed Gavin towards the door.Dobbie explained to him that Aya stays downstairs at the store.
Gavin went down the stairs and was surprised to see the man with the elegant suit and bouquet of red roses is still there at Aya's store.
"How many times do I have to tell you, Gerard? We are over!" Aya exclaimed to the man in front of him. She noticed Gavin entering the store. "Hey, babe! Good thing you are already here!"
Gavin was having second thoughts if he was the one Aya was pertaining to. He carefully placed Aya's clothes on the counter. And to his surprise, Aya grabbed him towards her and claimed his lips. "Thanks for doing the laundry today, babe." She winked at him before she let him go.
"Gerard, he is Gavin, the new boyfriend I was talking about earlier!"
