The restaurant.
Abigail looked at the increasingly rich breakfast spread over the past few days and couldn't help but raise her head. "Did we recently change the head chef?"
"No." Brandon Piers said, trying a bite of the crystal bun, which wasn't bad.
"Then what is this?" Abigail looked at the full breakfast table, which included not only Western food but also Hong Kong-style, Cantonese-style, and even some local specialties.
"Probably because they felt a layoff crisis coming." Brandon replied casually, making the kitchen staff worried sick when they didn't eat well for the past two days.
Abigail nodded thoughtfully.
"By the way, what do you think of Sophie Hope? If she's not suitable, we can replace her." Brandon Piers asked lightly. He had planned to ask about this after the incident, but was too angry at the time to follow through and intended to seek Abigail's opinion now.
"Wasn't she a student before?" Abigail asked curiously.
