Jeffrey Foster obviously didn't expect Abigail Green to ask that question, it caught him off guard.
He didn't even have time to conceal his true emotions.
Abigail clearly saw surprise, pain, and deep struggle in his eyes, making her wonder for a moment if she had been too abrupt.
But then, her gaze became sharper as she looked at the person in front of her, trying to see something from his reaction.
Unfortunately, Jeffrey had already hidden the series of emotions he had displayed earlier. Instead, he looked at Abigail and said, "Are you her? Since you care so much about how she died?"
"Dean, that's quite a joke. I thought we made it very clear last time." Abigail smiled at Jeffrey, directly denying it.
