"Yes."
Brandon Piers' mood was influenced by Abigail, and his voice was light and cheerful.
Abigail was instantly satisfied. She completely rolled down the car window and stuck her head out. The car drove along the blue stone road, passing by sunflowers, a herb garden, and a rose garden, and even a vineyard. It was the end of August, the perfect season for ripe grapes.
Bunches of plump purple grapes hung on the vines, glowing with a golden light in the sunset, extremely tempting. Abigail couldn't help wanting to pick a few to taste.
Brandon noticed her thoughts. "It's late today, I'll take you to pick some tomorrow morning."
"Really? That's awesome! I suddenly feel like marrying you was totally worth it."
"Haha, does that mean you felt it wasn't worth it before?" Brandon caught the loophole in Abigail's words.
