"Abigail Green, did you do something to my leg? You must have done something to me. Otherwise, why would my leg never heal..." Ruby Green seemed suddenly enlightened, pointing at Abigail and mumbling.
Abigail looked at Ruby like she was an idiot, then continued walking out.
Ruby, however, wouldn't give up and tried to follow, but her high heel stepped on an oval cufflink. With a bang, she fell to the ground, her already not fully healed left leg landing heavily, causing her to scream in pain.
Kelvin Max saw this, took out a tissue, wrapped the fallen cufflink, and casually threw it into a nearby trash can. Then he elegantly followed Abigail.
Ruby, lying on the ground, wasn't sure if it was the pain or the hate, but veins bulged near her temple. She tried to get angry but was embraced by Rose Taylor, who had caught up from behind. "Ruby, be good. We need to stay calm now."
